Hello Christian Web Trends readers! We are super excited to announce the redesign of the Christian Web Trends blog!
What’s new?
The blog has a completely redesigned homepage that features:
- A single, simplified menu
- A “Get Started” button in the menu for anyone who is ready to build a new website or wants to talk with us about web design or SEO.
- A new “grid” layout that shows recent articles by category
- A new “Featured Articles” category that shows our most helpful articles.
The blog articles themselves have also been redesigned:
- We removed the “Subscribe” form embedded in the article just below the first image
- We removed the Consultation Request form embedded at the bottom of the article.
- In the desktop version, we redesigned the right sidebar so it stops scrolling and the consultation request form (“Let’s Chat!”) stays with you as you continue to scroll down and read.
- We removed boxes around the content and changed to a sans serif font to make it less cluttered and easier to read.
And of course, we made sure everything is mobile friendly and loads quickly.
Usability is like love. You have to care, you have to listen, and you have to be willing to change. -Jeffrey Zeldman
