7 Ways to Get More Visitors to Your Website and Church
1) Signage. Make sure you have your website address on your church sign. And make sure the letters are big enough to read it as the speed people drive past your church.
2) Links. Ask any organization you partner with in your community to add a link to your website on their website. This could include schools, a local food bank, a homeless shelter, the chamber of commerce, etc.
3) Social media. Not just any old boring “Come visit us this Sunday” posts. Be creative. What could you post that your church members would like and share with their friends? Ask them.

5) Paid ads. Facebook, Google, Instagram, and other sites all provide opportunities to reach people in your local area with a financial investment. Many churches have been successful reaching new people with paid ads.
6) Google Ad Grants. Google gives up to $10,000 a month in free advertising to nonprofits with its Google Ad Grants program.
7) SEO. Search engine optimization (SEO) is one of the best ways to reach people who are searching for a church in your community. The better optimized your website is for search, the better your search rankings will be, and the more people will see your search listings and click through to your website.
