October is coming to a close and thus so is Marketing Month. As tradition dictates, most people will mourn the end of Marketing Month by dressing up in costume and wandering around neighborhoods threatening unsuspecting people in order to get sweets to help brighten their mood. But seriously, I hope this month has helped to spark some ideas and some excitement about how you can better reach your goals online.
Do you have questions?
The marketing of any organization is very important. It can very well be the difference between success and failure. So, I want to make sure that all of you are on your way to improving the marketing of your organization online beyond where you were at the beginning of this month. With that in mind, do you have any questions? Are there any topics we didn’t cover which you would like to know more about? Please post in the comments below and let us know if you have any questions.
This isn’t the end. It’s just the beginning.
I hope this month has helped to bring marketing into the forefront of your mind and that you have already taken steps to improve your marketing, whether that was by updating your website with the SEO Quick Tips, setting up a plan for your marketing over the coming year, or requesting a free consultation to learn more about how OurChurch.Com can help you with your marketing. If not, DO IT NOW!!
If you have started some new marketing, keep in mind this is just the start. Marketing is an ongoing effort which, hopefully, you will continue to work on in November, in 2013, and beyond. Don’t loose your momentum. Keep your eye on the prize. Keep reaching for those rankings. Keep reaching for your vision. It’s important that you started and now keep it going!

Over this past month I have begun using social media marketing to position our ministry group as the pre-eminent authorities and training organization for interim pastors.
Awesome! I'm excited to hear that you've taked the step to engage in social media. What types of things have you done? Are you focusing on any particular social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, etc.)?
I have been working on marketing myself and have been getting better and better at it. I am starting to see more results now. I joined a Facebook group called Blogging for God and that has been a good community.
That sounds great Amy and thanks for the tip on the Facebook group. Here's a link to that group for anyone who'd like to join: https://www.facebook.com/groups/251389068245776/
Thank you Amy for nice post. Its true that marketing is on going process. We have to keep working till we are not at top. Well said.
Marketing never stops. Utilizing any form of social media will help keep you connected to others. Thanks for the tip on the Facebook Group, there are probably others out there that are just as beneficial if you dig deep enough.
