Evangelist Sarah Milligan Sarah Milligan, President and Founder of Illuminated By The Word Ministries, Inc. and Women Arise International. She is a Licensed/Ordained Minister. She has worked in many facets of the church, such as Sunday School and Vacation Bible School Teacher, Deaconess, Church Administrative and New Jerusalem Prison Ministry, Pa., Assistant Pastor at Abundant Living Fellowship Church, Camden, NJ under the pastorate of the late Rev. Dr. Nora Rembert. She is a former member of Enlightened Women in Christ, Philadelphia, Pa. Sarah is married to Deacon Toronee(Ronnie)Milligan. She is the mother of two and have 4 grands. She serves as an Associate Minister, New Convert Teacher, and Supervisor of Women Department at Moncks Corner Baptist Church, Moncks Corner, S C under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Leon G. Brown, Pastor. She is the owner of Sara's Fashion & Bridal Shop in Moncks Corner, SC.
