Thailand, formerly Siam, is located in Southeast Asia, and is the home of over sixty million proud but gregarious people. The Thai people are known for their gentle spirit, polite manners, and warm hospitality. Their ready smile has earned the country an appropriate nickname - "the Land of Smiles".
The church's outreach in Thailand is to assist the saints of Thailand and the Burmese border areas, and to encourage them to press forth in the proclamation of the Gospel message of our Lord Jesus Christ.
"And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd." John 10:16
It is the church's desire to assist the indigenous saints in organizing independent Baptist churches, and in assisting in biblical and theological education, and with provision of biblically sound study materials. As independent Baptists, it is our heart's desire to see churches of like faith established in Thailand and the Thai-Burmese border areas with able local leadership, sound in doctrine, self-supporting, self-governing under the headship of Christ, and self-propagating through indigenous outreach efforts.

A general description of our outreach emphasis can be summed in four words:
EVANGELIZATION - in reaching the Lord's lost sheep.
EDUCATION - in teaching disciples and educating the sheep.
TRANSLATION - in providing study materials for the sheep
COMPASSION - loving and caring for the sheep.

"I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me for they are thine... They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: Thy word is truth."
John 17:16-17
