Home Page Welcome to the Fourseam Gospel ChurchThe little white church that sits on the hill in Fourseam, Kentucky. Fourseam Gospel Church has been around for over 60 years when a little lady by the name of Esther Walsted had a dream. She raised money from the local coal miners and helped build a church in Fourseam hollow. She then went door to door and brought the children of the hollow to sunday school where they were taught about Jesus. At one time the church burned but Miss Esther raised money again to have it restored. Now, after 60 years we have restored the church again. We remodeled the interior completely. The old walls, ceiling, windows and carpeting was torn out and we now have new walls and a ceiling with stars. We had new carpeting installed and had the pews re-upholstered. The lighting was completely redone and we now have beautiful chandeliers that puts out the most glorious light. To top every thing off we had beautiful stained glass windows installed. Each window depicts a different biblical scene. We joke among our selves that "we may not have an uptown church, but we have uptown windows". We have now remodeled the outside with new siding and a new awning to cover the back entry way. We have a beautiful sanctuary to meet in and worship our Lord. Even though the inside looks so different, we are still the same ole Fourseam. We are still teaching and sharing the love of Jesus our Lord. We would like to invite everyone to join us for services.
