It is said that if you laugh the world laughs with you, cry and you cry alone. Jesus told us of these days to come, a world in turmoil, a world of greed and intolerance for the righteous believers in Christ. We are a people set apart from the rest of the world. We will not be forsaken in our time of need. Our bellies shall be filled, our backs shall be clothed and our spirit lifted. In the time of fire and brimstone, we shall be covered by His wings of love, and in the times of war we shall be shielded by His shield of mercy and power. I have not seen the righteous forsaken, for the promises of our Lord are true and binding. We may hunger for a time, but after the will of God is done, we shall be filled and want not for any good thing. Do you believe that the Lord has left you, do you believe that some strange thing has happen to you, do you also feel alone? Think not that these things are a punishment, or that the Lord has forgotten you. For if the spirit of our Lord and His Christ dwell within you, you are secure in the beloved. What we all must remember is that the Biblical prophecies shall be fulfilled, many say in this generation. Let us read and understand God will. “He wandereth abroad for bread, (Speaking of the unrighteous.)saying, Where is it? he knoweth that the day of darkness is ready at his hand. Trouble and anguish shall make him afraid; they shall prevail against him, as a king ready to the battle.” The fear of these times shall make many afraid, they shall consume them. They shall ask for aid but it will not come, they shall ask for food and it shall be withheld from them, they shall say peace and safety and sudden destruction shall come upon them quickly. Praise be unto the Lord. In these end days we are seeing, earthquakes, famine and disease. We have been told that these days shall come and will not terry. As Jesus suffered, we shall also suffer, but not to the point that we lose our faith in Him. I cannot feed the world, I cannot heal every Christian, but I know that my Redeemer liveth. I know that when it is time we shall all be delivered, be fed, be healed and clothed with the righteousness of our Father in Heaven. Do not despair in these troubling times, but rejoice, again I say rejoice that we are counted worthy to suffer as a righteous people, for the sake of Christ and the Glory of the Father. They have found whale bones in the middle of the Sahara Desert, fish bones, and sea shells, on top of the alps, but men still require proof that Gods word is true. God turned this world into a vast sea to destroy the wicked, He has turned lush ground into a desert place, He turned Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes because of their sins, can He not fed His children? We as believers in Christ do not turn to the world in times of danger, nor troubles, but we turn unto Him whose riches out weigh even this entire world. To show our faith in Him, we must turn to Him before any, we must believe and trust in Him, never forgetting that we have an audience with Him, a High priest before Him, taking our prayers directly to Him. For as it is written, we are justified, sanctified and glorified in Him. “He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he hath sent empty away.” King David knew of the righteousness of God, he knew of Gods mercy, and he knew of Gods love for His Children. From the psalms of David we are reminded; “The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand. (When you are tried and tested, the Lord is still with you.) I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.(Davids testimony of Gods provisioning power over hunger that will face many.) (We are the seed of Abraham, we are the seed of God, we are made in His image and in His likeness.) He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed.(Those that believe in Him, and follow His Son.) Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore. (Life everlasting.) For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints(To abandon; to renounce; or to reject.); they are preserved for ever(To keep or save from injury or destruction; to defend from evil.): but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off. The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever.” Shall we not believe in Him, shall we perish at the hands of hunger, of hate, of unrighteousness? Shall we perish at the hands of war, or persecution? Shall we go naked, shall we forsake Him that preserves? Shall we not do all we can do and then stand? Shall we not praise the Lord for His excellency greatness, standing tall, testifying of His Christ and live? This is not the time to cry alone, this is not the time to doubt, this is the time to stand upon our feet, shouting the praises of God, sing a song of greatness, play a tune of invitation to others, bring offering of love, offering ourselves as a living sacrifice unto the Lord, which is our reasonable duty. Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice(To experience joy and gladness in a high degree; to be exhilarated with lively and pleasurable sensations; to exult.). My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me. A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah. “O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is; To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary. Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee. Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name. My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips: When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches. But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth. They shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes. But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by him shall glory: but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.” You are not crying alone, you do not hunger alone, you do not stand alone, we are with you, we are your brothers and sister in Christ, seek not the things of this world but the things that are of God. ars. An Abomination. The Hatred of the Lord.
And he said unto them, “Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.” Abomination; In short, whatever is an object of extreme hatred, defilement, pollution, in a physical sense, or evil doctrines and practices, which are moral defilements, idols and idolatry, are called abominations. To know the Lord is good, but to reject Him is an abomination. We are a people of many backgrounds, colors and lands, but we are all still a people created by God. We are the Lords creation, made in His image and likeness, but there is where the similarity begins to differ. We have the right, and the ability, to choose whom we shall serve. There are only two choices, God or Satan. Many do not believe in either, but these are a foolhardy people, not having understanding nor wisdom. For a foolish man reject wisdom, and a proud man rejects the truth. We see in these end days many an abomination, the worshiping of, goats, cattle, monkeys, false gods, and the worshiping of idols. This is a land of contradiction and hatred of that which is good. Many religions say there god will provide, their god will save their god will deliver, but in truth, their god has forsaken them, left them hungry, left them with heartache, poverty, disease, famine, and war. For saith the Lord; “Go and cry unto the gods which ye have chosen; let them deliver you in the time of your tribulation.” “Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord:.” In these end days, men have with-stood the knowledge of the Lord. The Lord Jesus Christ has called, and ye refused, you have selected to follow after abominations and all manner of evil. Even so, the Lord still calls, but many still embrace poverty, famine and disasters, none will turn away from their monkeys, goats, cattle and false gods to serve the one true living God. Many people have stated that the Lord wouldn't cause a man to enter into Hell for such a short life's mistakes. But hasn't the Lord beckoned unto you for the salvation that only comes threw His Son Jesus, do you not, or have you not, known of Him? Then you have made the choice to forsake wisdom, knowledge, understanding and the statutes of the Lord. You and not the Lord has chosen the path in which you follow. Hell is never full and grows daily. Ready to receive those that have hated the Lord. There is no satisfaction for the Lord in the loss of a soul, those in torment do not welcome you with open arms but curse you for your choice to reject such great salvation. You have become an abomination to them also. For there are many things that are not satisfied, a barren womb, a fire that grows, fools that require followers, and the grave. Deaths hand is stretched out for all, and the grave opens wide its mouth to consume all men, but the Lord offers peace and safety, He offers life after death, where death and the grave cannot touch those that believe. For as it is written for our knowledge, and understanding; “He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.” (Those that reject the teachings of Christ.) “For the froward is abomination to the Lord: but his secret is with the righteous.” (Perverse, that is, turning from, with aversion or reluctance; not willing to yield or comply with what is required; unyielding; ungovernable; refractory; disobedient; peevish.) “Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the Lord: though hand join in hand,(Those that also follow pride.) he shall not be unpunished.” (Having inordinate self-esteem; possessing a high or unreasonable conceit of one's own excellence, either of body or mind.) “He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the Lord.” (To cause another to appear comparatively righteous, or less guilty than one's self.) (To pronounce to be utterly wrong; to utter a sentence of disapprobation against; to censure; to blame.) “The thought of foolishness is sin: and the scorner is an abomination to men.” (Foolish practice; want of wisdom or good judgment.)(To laugh to scorn, to deride; to make a mock of; to ridicule as contemptible. to hold in extreme contempt; to despise; to contemn; to disdain.) The Christian and Jew have brought many to anger in these last days, this all according to prophecy. At the beginning of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Jewish house of Israel were made jealous because of the blessings upon the Christian faith and its people, for God had made the gentiles a people that were not a people. But in these latter days the time of the gentiles is coming to and end, and the house of Israel shall be one with the Lord again. For the Lord said; “There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls;(Polluted with false doctrines and gods.) they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof. Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them. ( Defiled; rendered unclean; tainted with guilt; impaired) Her princes in the midst thereof are like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood,(Kill in the name of their gods.) and to destroy souls, to get dishonest gain. (Steal.) And her prophets have daubed them (To cover with something gross or specious; to disguise with an artificial covering. “So smooth he daubed his vice with show of virtue.”)with untempered morter,(unduly mixed or unmodified; not reduced to a proper state; un-softened; unalloyed; unhardened.) seeing vanity, and divining lies unto them, saying, Thus saith the Lord God, when the Lord hath not spoken. The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully. (As is today's world where the Christian and Jew face many a cloud of false witnesses, to try to portray them as an enemy to peace. Hated among the followers of false gods and religion and even among many of their own people. Trying to make and change laws, and times, where it would be a crime to preach the gospel, for it would offend someone.) And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge,(To surround for defense; to fortify) and stand in the gap before me(To stand in the gap, to expose one's self for the protection of the Gospel; to make defense against any assailing danger. ) for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none. Therefore have I poured out mine indignation upon them;(The anger of a superior; extreme anger; particularly, the wrath of God against sinful men for their ingratitude and rebellion. Anger or extreme anger, mingled with contempt, disgust or abhorrence.) I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way have I recompensed upon their heads, saith the Lord God. The end days are upon us, the time for decision is here. Many a Christian shall fall in their defense of this Gospel, but it is far better to suffer as a Christian than to suffer as an unbeliever. The wrath of the Lord is coming slowly upon this world, wars, rumors of wars, floods, earthquakes in many different places, disaster after disaster has come upon this world and many still do not believe. “How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge? Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you.” For fire begets fire, and unrighteousness begets death. We can no longer wait a day longer, for death is a certainty, and the grave waits only a short time. Taking Pleasure in Infirmities. Infirmities; An unsound state of the body; weakness; feebleness. Defect; imperfection; weakness. “A friend should bear a friend's infirmities.”Webster.” In this life we are surrounded by many infirmities, not only of the body but with the spirit also. We are made strong by our acceptance of our limitations and our instability. No one man knows all about the scriptures, if so then that man would be perfect, and as we know, there is none perfect, no, not one. “Of such an one will I glory: yet of myself I will not glory, but in mine infirmities. For though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth: but now I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth me to be, or that he heareth of me.” Just as Paul admitted, he could not claim perfection that was not there. He could not glory in the wisdom and knowledge that the Lord, threw the Holy Spirit, gave him. This was not his knowledge nor wisdom, but it belonged to the Lord. For man never wrote the Bible, but it was given to men by the inspiration from God, this is stated, as fact, in the Bible. To glorify oneself is a mistake, for we have nothing to glory in except the knowledge of the Lord. For he stated about this thorn; “And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.” Glorify; To praise; to magnify and honor in worship; to ascribe honor to, in thought or words. “Whom he justified, them he also glorified.” Exaltation to honor and dignity; elevation to glory. “God is glorified, when such his excellency, above all things, is with due admiration acknowledged.” The ministers of this Gospel, do not seek glory, but rather they seek the lost for the Kingdom of God, all this to His glory. Our infirmities keep us humble and obedient. The Apostle Paul realized this when a spirit of aggravation came to him so that he would remember who was to be glorified. “I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth.” A fool is, In common language, a person who is somewhat deficient in intellect, but not an idiot; or a person who acts absurdly; one who does not exercise his reason; one who pursues a course contrary to the dictates of wisdom. For as with Paul, and us, we must exercise wisdom along with our knowledge of the excellency of Jesus Christ. That is where we glory, where we boast, not of ourselves but of Him. “for I will say the truth.” Truth is; Conformity to fact or reality; exact accordance with that which is, or has been, or shall be. Aberrance is; In a figurative sense, a deviation from truth, error, mistake; and in morals, a fault, a deviation from rectitude. Mankind has always had a problem with the truth. For as the sun rises and sets, there is still only one truth, the truth of the Gospel, for its not just a Gospel of Jesus Christ, but the Gospel, commandments, precepts and Laws, of a merciful God. Men have said that the only truth comes from the history of the world, but as they uncover the actual truth they still deny it. Just as with the flood of Noah, fish, shells and other sea creature fossils are being found all over the world, they discover these things in the Alps, the Andes and in the desert of Saudi Arabia, but this truth is somehow still explained away. “And lest I should be exalted above measure(Beyond the honor that the Lord states ministers should be given.) through the abundance(overflowing quantity; ample sufficiency. It denotes also fullness, overflowing, as the abundance of the heart.) of the revelations(That which is revealed; appropriately, the sacred truths which God has communicated to man for his instruction and direction.), there was given to me a thorn(In Scripture, great difficulties and impediments.) in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me(To beat in contention; to contend against.), lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I besought the Lord thrice(Three times.), that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.(Not in His weakness, but rather in the weakness of those that follow after Him.) Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.” “there was given to me a thorn in the flesh,”; Many times we face many a hardship, loss of finances, loss of food, clothing, the loss of a loved one, a pastor-ship and others. We also face persecution, hatred, and we are despised for our faith in Jesus Christ, but threw all this we are blessed by the Lord for being chosen to be in these infirmities. For as it is written; “Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.” The Apostle Paul suffered many things, that were 1. The payment for his transgression against the established church and 2. for the sake of the gospel that he believed upon. This is the example that we today must follow. Paul was a preacher to the gentiles, he stated that we as believers in Christ must suffer as Christ suffered. Many Christians suffer hunger at times, this to keep us humble, they suffer as many none believers suffer, but we have a High Priest that we can go to, when things get to be more of a burden that we can bear. We will not be temped by the Lord, for He does not tempt man, but He will try us, by our infirmities, to make us stronger, especially in the end days. For there is coming a day of retribution that the Christians will see, but be exempt from. “And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled; But sanctify the Lord God(To sanctify God, to praise and celebrate him as a holy being; to acknowledge and honor his holy majesty, and to reverence his character and laws. God sanctifies himself or his name, by vindicating his honor from the reproaches of the wicked, and manifesting his glory.) in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:.” Let your infirmities be a blessing and a strength when you are compassed by them. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord for His excellent Greatness. Praise the Lord when you are chosen to suffer as a Christian, trust in His deliverance, trust in His provisioning, and Trust in Him to Glorify, Justify and sanctify you. Ars.
