If thou doest well. If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. (Gen 4:7) As it was in the days of Noah, we are in the days of the coming of Christ, to rapture the church, before the Terrible Day of the Lord. If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? Shall you not be accepted into the beloved, if you do well within the framework of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If you have held your faith in the Father, Son, and the direction of the Holy Spirit? If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? Who shall remove you from the Hands of the Father? “For the LORD most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth.” Shall the Lord leave you to face the great tribulation, or shall He take you away in clouds of Glory? (Psa 47:2) The alarm of war has sounded, have you not heard, have you not noticed, have you not taken account of your faith? If thou doest well, shall you not escape the terrible noise of war upon this earth? “But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.” (2Pe 3:10) This world, Who neither believes, nor fears the Lord, refuses to believe in the saving power of the Son, marches to war with God, and man. With God, because they have refused to believe in the testimony of the Son of the Father, and the Father of the Son, and of man; because they wish to conquer all that live upon this earth. To enslave those that believe contrary to their passions. Have you not noticed the problems coming down upon man and his gods? Money is becoming worthless, food is becoming scarce, and housing is beyond the reach of many. Rumors are everywhere, on every subject. There is confusion in the air, and the spirit of anti-Christ is using the events of these days to confuse, and deceive many. There are many in this end time, that are trying to get Christians to doubt their very existence, who they are, in whom they believe in, and even if they are worshiping the true God. There is a great resistance movement trying to eliminate faith and belief in Jesus as both Lord and Christ. Has the Lord already warned us of these times and events? Yes. “And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of Antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.” (1Jn 4:3 5) If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which ye cause to be dreamed. For they prophesy falsely unto you in my name: I have not sent them, saith the LORD. (Jer 29:8-9) We have among us false prophets, diviners, and soothsayers. We are surrounded by a great cloud of false witnesses, and are being targeted by the spirit of lies, to try to deceive the very elect, but; If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? If you hold your faith in Christ, shall we, and you, be found worthy to enter into Gods rest? Shall you not be delivered from the beast, the false prophet, the horror of war, famine, and petulance? Are these deceivers also being deceived? Yes, some are our priest, neighbors, family, friends, and politicians. The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us. (Mic 3:11) Do you not see this today. Preachers asking for money all the time, never speaking of God until their coffers are full? Where is the preacher of faith, where is the faithful of the Lord? Is the Church to build upon the foundation laid by Christ, or are they building upon great funds collected by fraud, and deception? Who is saying; “I am of God, follow me, give me, build me a great sanctuary.”? Who is saying; “I know when the end of days is.”? Is this not deception? Do you not realize the lies and the face of the destroyer who has already come among us? If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? If thou doest well, you shall know the word of God, being rooted, and grounded in the word of truth. You shall be able to testify, not only of Christ, but of the truth of this world and of the next. Is not this world falling apart at the seams, are not now more false priest, teachers and preachers present? Are not there more people today, serving their own self interest and who forget about the fellowship of man, and decency? “Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.” (Rev 1:3) “But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.” (2Ti 3:13) “I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.” (Rev 3:8) We can see that the time is at hand, we still have a little strength, and we have not denied the Lord, nor His Son Jesus. But many have been lied to, and have been deceived. “Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.” (Rev 3:17-19) If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? Will you be blinded by the lust of this world, the pride of life, and the pride of your eyes? Can you not see the signs of the times? Is it time to forsake the things of this world, and separate yourselves from the world? Are we not in the world but not of the world? Can you not see that Christ will be here soon, for the clouds of war and conquest is almost upon us? If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? Have we Forgotten? Have we forgotten, who came from above? Have we forgotten, how He spread this earth with Love? Have we forgotten, on Calvary He died, that we may live, not as a beggar, but as His Bride? Have we forgotten, to love our enemy as ourselves? Have we forgotten, that our sins are not stored, upon shelves? Have we forgotten, who we were, a sinner, a slave, and almost hidden, A non people, that God had bidden? Have we forgotten, because of Jesus, we survive? As Heaven is sweet, and Hell is hot, we choose our existence, our future, our lot? “Sing unto the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.” Sing songs of praise to Him, who saved us from our sins, who knew us from the beginning, and will unto the end. “Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O LORD, have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee.” We have sung, and piped, and danced in the street, to bring others to you, their soul to keep. But none have answered, and none have came, it will be to their lost, this all to their shame. For salvation is free, no money to pay, for as Jesus died, He also gave. A life more abundant, a life full of joy, He gives us much pleasure, as a child with a new toy. For we are all children, my brothers of faith, nourished up in the doctrine, where we have our faith. Have we forgotten, the words that Christ gave, the words of life, the words, that would save? Salvation is free, this is a fact, but without God, all these things would lack. For Jesus is God, and God is Christ, for one is the Father, and the other was, a sacrifice. We were all at one time, sinners my friend, lost and undone, our life, at an end. The blood of the covenant, that God made with us, required our faithfulness, our belief, and our trust. The things that cant be seen, we believe in the most, The Father, The Son, and the Holy Ghost. For one is the other, and the other is one, we believe in the Father, about the life of His Son. Have we forgotten the joy that Christ gave, He freed us from sin, that others enslave? The world worships not the Son, but idols of gold, and rock, and stone. An image of monkeys, a cow now and then, this all to their damnation, which adds to their sin. Have we forgotten that a judgment will come, an eternal joy to the believers, and damnation to some. “If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.” ars. Man. In the beginning there was nothing. God created the Heavens, and the Earth; And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer: (Rev 10:6) Who has created all of these wonders, the earth, heaven, man, and all the things that are upon, under, and above the earth? “For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.” Man say today that, there was a big bang, and all things were created from the four elements of creation, but they refuse to answer the question, where did the four elements of creation come from. “He formed it to be inhabited.” Does the Bible state anywhere that the other planets were formed by God to be inhabited? No. Man seeks to wander the Heavens, and establish his reign over all he sees, but this is not to be. Remember the passage; “And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.” (This speaking of the separation between Heaven, and Hell.) (Luke 16:26) Do you not believe that, as God created the earth to be inhabited, He also made the Heavens a place for its beauty, and not for its conquest by man? Man in his arrogance has tried to go beyond his boundary of the earth, to make himself a god of some sort. And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter. And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. (Gen 11:3-4) Man rebelled against God, and refused to trust in the Lord. Mans city today is his wealth, and his tower is rockets, and his ability to create instruments of evil, of wonder, and pride. As man then, used brick for stone, and slime for morter, man today have used flesh and blood to finance his attempt to conquer all. Can you not see as brick and slime are ridiculous things to build with, mans slime today is his unrighteousness. After mans fall, he continued to seek out answers from the wrong source. Man tried to erase God from the circle of life, and develop his own righteousness. This would justify all the unrighteousness that man desired to accomplish. Man found out that the true ways of God, hindered their desires to conquer and inhabit the lands of others. They found out that much of the pleasures of the flesh were sinful, and many were an abomination to God. This was not acceptable to the created. The same thing has come to light again today. Many seek to put Gods righteousness aside, and make acceptable all manner of sin. If we, who believe, start accepting one sin from man, then we must, and are, accepting all manner of sin. For if we transgress one part of the Law, then we have broken, all of the Law. Who among us has, changed or disavowed the Law? Who has said that committing adultery is no longer a sin, sleeping with an animal, sleeping man with man and, woman with woman, who has made these things acceptable with the Lord? Who has made these things no longer an abomination? “And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast. And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.” (Lev 20:15-16) “For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.” (Rom 1:26-27) Man seeks out an excuse to detour from the righteousness of God. We see the same thing today, for there is always an excuse; Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, “Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?” (Gen 3:1) And the excuses go on; And he said, “Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?” Man blames God for his failure; And the man said, “The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.” The woman blames Satan for her sin; And the LORD God said unto the woman, “What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.” (Gen 3:11 13) God continues to create man; And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden. (Gen 4:16) What is sin? Sin is a detour from righteousness. The god of man has become the creature, and the science of knowledge. Man has created knowledge that has no proof, for all is speculation and theory. But because the people say, “These are men of wisdom far beyond ours, there theories are correct and we shall believe.” “I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the LORD speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.” We must escape from the so called science of man, for they speak not of the Lords involvement in creation, but they speak only of what is so called science. This is mans lot in life; “Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations: they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god that cannot save.” “They have no knowledge”; We who believe in Christ, and who trust in God, come out from among the science of man, his dictates, lies, laws of unrighteousness, and the rejection of a Higher power in this life, and that of the next. Those that believe not in the resurrection of the dead are not concerned of a judgment. These people believe that all a man does in life is lost forever when he dies. This way of thinking is spreading around the world, making it more difficult to impress upon man, that there is a life to come, and a judgment of works, done upon this earth. Has the water formed itself, was the fish developed from an atom, has the Leviathan said, “I am created from science?” “Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? Who hath told it from that time? Have not I the LORD? And there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me. Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.” “Let them take counsel together.” Man has been taking council together, but it is a council of unrighteousness and science. A council of theory, speculation, and a lack of belief, in the Creator of all things. Man cannot accept the things that cannot be seen, cannot be explained, and cannot be dissected. Man has stopped his wisdom at the truth of God. Man cannot except that there is a God, a Saviour and a Spirit that was, is and shall be forever more. To the Glory of God. Amen. I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear. Surely, shall one say, in the LORD have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.” (Isa 45:18-24) Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead. Who shall say to the Lord, “We are righteous, we are justified, and glorified. We are the lords of the earth, and our ways are just.” This is man; LORD, what is man, that thou takest knowledge of him! or the son of man, that thou makest account of him! Man is like to vanity: his days are as a shadow that passeth away. (Psa 144:3-4) LORD, make me to know mine end, and the measure of my days, what it is; that I may know how frail I am. The Obscure Verses. Who is a Christian? A Christian is an individual that believes in the Lord Jesus Christ, as the Son of God. One who believes the Bible as the word of God, and believes that it is entire, and lacking nothing. This message is not on homosexuality, nor about any one person, its about what to believe, and what to reject. The Bible is true, and our guide from this life to the next. Many in these end days consider themselves as Christians, but deny the Lord that gives light to the world. They pick and choose what to believe in, and what they affirm to be true. There are no obscure verses in the Bible, that many claim. The Old Testament does not contradict the New. What was written in the old was a schoolmaster for all, to teach man, who God is, and His requirements for the lifestyle that is acceptable with Him. Can Jesus deny what God had already written to be true, and acceptable? No, for Christ and God are. We see controversy in the Bible, not from the word but from mans interpretation. When men try to prove that they are acceptable to all manner of lifestyles, they use some scriptures to contradict others. In other words they try to make one verse deny another, there-by making all manner of lifestyles acceptable. They say that Jesus in one verse contradicts what God had said in another. This is deception and a compounding of lies. Why do they do this? To get all men to accept them as a holy man, or a man of some prominence. As it is written; 'When a man thinks he is something, he is nothing.” Quote; “he believes the Sermon on the Mount justifies his support for legal recognition of same-sex unions.” Unquote. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.” (Rom 1:25-27) Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.(Lev 18:22-23) Where is the contradiction between these two sets of verses?(Lev 18:22-23)(Rom 1:25-27) Does not the one compliment the other? Can you find anywhere in scripture where Jesus contradicted God, or His commandments? Not even with the sermon on the mount. The problem lyes here; “But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” (1Co 2:14) Many believe that they can interpret the Bible without the aid of the Holy Spirit. They deceive themselves, going after the acceptance of man instead of, the acceptance of the Lord God. “For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit them shall be cut off from among their people. Therefore shall ye keep mine ordinance, that ye commit not any one of these abominable customs, which were committed before you, and that ye defile not yourselves therein: I am the LORD your God.” (Lev 18:29-30) If God has condemned theft, homosexuality, murder, or any other sin, in the Old, how could God deny His own word in the New? These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage. (Jude 1:16) “admiration because of advantage”; Barnes states of these things; The sense is that of repining or complaining under the allotments of Providence, or finding fault with God’s plans, and purposes, and doings. Complainers – Literally, finding fault with one’s own lot. The word does not elsewhere occur in the New Testament; the thing often occurs in this world. Nothing is more common than for men to complain of their lot; to think that it is hard; to compare theirs with that of others, and to blame God for not having made their circumstances different. The poor complain that they are not rich like others; the sick that they are not well; the enslaved that they are not free; the bereaved that they are deprived of friends; the ugly that they are not beautiful; those in humble life that their lot was not cast among the great and the frivolous. The virtue that is opposed to this is “contentment” - a virtue of inestimable value. Walking after their own lusts – Giving unlimited indulgence to their appetites and passions. Having men’s persons in admiration – Showing great respect to certain persons, particularly the rich and the great. The idea is, that they were not “just” in the esteem which they had for others, or that they did not appreciate them according to their real worth, but paid special attention to one class in order to promote their selfish ends. Because of advantage – Because they hoped to derive some benefit to themselves. This last part is what God warns us about in these end days. “Because they hoped to derive some benefit to themselves.” Men, especially the anti-Christ, will state many things to get the populace to trust in them, and to give them advantage over many things of the flesh. The laws of the land will be used to control many and will destroy mankind in the end. This is the advantage of any to deceive as many as they can to gain power over all. But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not. (2Pe 2:1-3) Covetousness; A strong or inordinate desire of obtaining and possessing some supposed good; usually in a bad sense, and applied to an inordinate desire of wealth or avarice. Feigned words; Invented; devised; imagined; assumed, artificial. Pernicious ways; Opposite; opposing; acting in a contrary direction. False prophets; An attempt to assume or exhibit what is not natural or real. One who has forsaken the church, sect or profession to which he before adhered. In its original sense, applied to one who has abandoned his religion. Damnable; In a low or ludicrous sense, odious, detestable, or pernicious. Heresies; That may be damned or condemned; deserving damnation; worthy of eternal punishment. And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. (Dan 7:25) To change not only the law of the land but the laws of the Lord God. A deceiver, and a great deception. Who is a Christian? One who believes the Bible as the word of God, and believes that it is entire, and lacking nothing. How to receive from God. Malachi 38-11, We are looking at a curse from God because of disobedience to the ordnance of God to bring tithes and offerings into the House of God. These are two separate things. One the tithes are specific of 10 present per the days of Melchisedec king of Salem. This is a commandment and not a suggestion. The second is offerings above the tithes in which your financial blessings come from. the blessing of financial aid comes not from your tithes but from the offering. Some people make the mistake here. Now if you go a little further in verse 11, this is the reason a lot of poor Christians are poor. The devourer, which means to eat, is eating their financial aid. God is the only one who can rebuke him and stop the consumption of blessings. The devourer is a demonic spirit that tries to keep Christians poor. After the congregations does what God demands in verses 7-10, then they can ask God to deliver them from the one in verse 11. They must hold their faith and start praising God and thanking Him before the blessing arrives to show their total faith in God. Don't wait until the blessing arrives but worship and praise Him Before. Here are five points that we need to look at; 1.Family Welfare 1.Order in the family , 2.Knowing your position in your family., 3. Duty in the family., 4.Honor of the Family., 5. Respect in the Family 2.Healing 1. Faith., 2. Trust., 3. Belief., 4. Regeneration., 5. Submission 3.Prosperity 1.Seeking God First., 2. Prayer., 3. Leadership., 4. Responsibility., 5. Duty. 4. Worship 1.From the Heart., 2.With the spirit and not with just words., 3.By lifting up Holy Hands, free of guilt., 4. With Honesty., 5. With Love. 5. Salvation 1. Release., 2.Rejoice., 3. Reflection., 4.Resolve., 5. Reverence.
Many have asked the question, How can I receive from God? the above points are a start. You have to remember to trust God. Jesus said, that the Father knows the things that you need before you ask of Him. Thats the reason He gave us, what we call the Lords prayer. Receiving from God requires all the above and more. Seeking the Kingdom of Heaven first and all these things shall be added unto you. Thats a promise. Remember that we are not under law but grace. In Hebrews 7:12 lets read, For the Priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law. For there is verily a dis annulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof. So what does this mean to us? It means that we have a better covenant threw Jesus. All things have passed away, behold all things become new. One thing that you have to remember, when God blesses you, think more of the one who blessed you than that of the blessing. Lets look at 1Timothy 6:17 , Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy. Receiving from the new law and not from the old, which is fulfilled in Christ Jesus. But we also have to remember the warnings from God about the blessing after it comes, look at Hebrews 6:5-11 as a guide to righteousness. God wants us to follow 1.Righteousness Doing things the right way. 2.Godliness.........Following His example. 3. Faith................Trusting in His word. 4. Love.................of the heart and not of the mind. 5. Patience.............waiting upon the will of the Lord. 6. meekness...........not being high minded after the blessings come. We can also add, fasting and prayer to receive the results that are, necessary, in our lives. So what do you think, do you have what it takes to receive from the Lord, or are you lacking? Look within your self and follow the example that Jesus set and see how great a blessing that the Father will pour out upon you, give and ye shall receive. Knock and it shall be opened, seek and ye shall find, ask and it shall be given. Are you ready to receive, are you ready to give, are you ready to rejoice? I pray that you are. Without useing our faith, we can receive nothing. ars
