Letter to the Readers
The summer is finally here in full swing. People are involved in a lot of busy projects and looking forward to long awaited vacations and visits with family and friends. Although at the present we are unable to travel due to obligations at the job that the Lord so graciously supplied to meet our needs, we are looking forward to taking some time to travel this fall when things slow down a bit. We pray that God will continue to supply all of your needs out of His riches in Glory and that despite the high gasoline prices and rising food expenses that you will be well supplied in every area of your life. Our hearts and prayers continue to go out to those in other parts of our nation who have experienced catastrophic losses due to weather related calamities. God is Good and He has been merciful in each of these situations and many Christian supported relief efforts are already on the scene providing help and emergency supplies. We want to announce the birth of a new outreach ministry. We now have a new 24 hour prayer room available on the internet. The web address is:

Mission Statement
Our mission is to seek out the new family and friends that God has given us. These include the lonely, desperate and the hurting people who have been bruised and injured because of their life situations. This includes Christian leaders and lay people who are in desperate need of healing and are seeking an answer to life's difficulties that they cannot find in the world. Our mission simply stated is to present to a lost and dying world, Jesus Christ and Him crucified. With God nothing is impossible. There is no ditch too deep, any darkness too black, no sin too great but that the love of God in His mercy and grace can touch and His glorious light can illuminate. No matter how bleak the future looks, He can heal, He can save, and He can resurrect.
Expectations of Grace
1 Corinthians 2: 9 "Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him."
God's Grace and love toward mankind and especially those who have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is totally incomprehensible. As Christians, His plan for our lives is one in which he causes all things to work together for good for us who love Him and who are "the called," according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28) Despite the many difficult situations that we might experience, we can overcome and have victory because of our faith in Christ. Because of our faith in Him and his unmerited favor toward us, not only can we have expectations of grace in this life but we also can expect rewards in heaven that we will receive as a result of the fruits of our labor.
In order to fulfill God’s plan for our lives, we must avoid straying from the biblically defined path that God has prescribed for us to follow. That is why we must come daily before God in prayer and seek his guidance and study the scriptures. If we ask the Lord for help, He will hear our prayer. In James 1:5 it says that if we lack wisdom we should ask God who gives it liberally to those who seek his help. The way of the Lord is not a superhighway that is full of people but it is that less traveled straight and narrow path that leads to eternal life. It is an ancient path and it is the only true way to come to God. Jesus Christ is that True and Ancient way to God. When Jesus spoke to the disciples in John 14:6, He said, "I Am the Way, the Truth and the Life and that no one can come to the Father except through Me." In fact if we try to get to God and into His Kingdom in any other way, then according to John 10:1, we will be considered to be as a thief or a robber who tries to enter a house illegally.
There are a lot of strange doctrines and theologies that have emerged out of some of our churches over the past several decades. The plain truth of the matter is that any teaching that does not originate out of the simple Gospel of Christ, is a false doctrine. We must preach to the world, the message that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Living God. He is the Spotless Lamb of God who was crucified on the Cross of Calvary in our place. He was buried in a tomb and three days later He was literally resurrected bodily from the grave, showed Himself alive to His disciples and many others and subsequently He ascended into Heaven where according to the Bible "He ever lives to make intercession for His own."(Hebrews 7:25) In Galatians 1:8, Paul the Apostle tells us that anyone who preaches any other Gospel, even if it is an angel, then that person should be accursed. In other words we should have nothing at all to do with them or their false teachings. God is indeed a merciful God and we are saved by His Grace through faith which is also His gift to us. However we must guard our hearts and pray that God helps us to avoid deception from false teachers.
As individuals and as His Church let us turn back to God in a humble attitude of repentance. Then because of His great Love and Mercy for us we can look towards Him with earnest expectations of His Grace and ask that He heal our nation.

A Call To Repentance
Thus says the Lord
With all your heart turn to Me
With fasting, weeping and mourning
From further destruction to flee.
For I am gracious and merciful
Slow to anger, kind and great
Leaving blessings behind Me
To cancel your previous fate.
Blow the trumpet in Zion
Assemble people to fast and pray.
Sanctify yourselves before Me
Do not hesitate in what I say.

Those who are priests and kings
Call out to me with a loud cry.
Pray to Me to spare the people

PROPHETIC WORD
The True Way

Vision
I see what looks like a country road covered with a rough surface made with large stones and rocks. You have to be careful when you travel this road because it is narrow and straight. It’s an old path that others have followed. It is a trustworthy path that goes to a definite destination. There is a signpost along the way that reads, “This is the Way Walk Ye Therein.” There is another path that turns off of this road. It is a very sharp turn almost like a hairpin curve and this road is very smooth and wide and it has a dark surface like a well paved road. People can go at a very swift pace on this road. The trouble is that the farther you get from the well established path, the darker the way becomes. It seems like there is total darkness up ahead with just one small pinpoint of light and people are hurrying towards this light, thinking that this is the answer to the dilemma of their darkness. Actually they are going farther and farther away from the only true light. The light that they see up ahead, in fact, is an angel of light of satanic origination that is posing in the guise of holiness, when in fact, inwardly it is a ravenous beast trying to devour men’s souls.
“The Lord is saying that there is a True Way unto Me. That way, says the Lord is through the Cross. There is no other way unto Me says the Lord. I Am the Way the Truth and the Life. Anyone who approaches any other way is a thief and a robber. I have made it abundantly clear, says the Lord that I sent My Son to die on the Cross because of My great Love and because I Am not wanting any to perish but that all should turn to repentance. Therefore, says the Lord, do not turn aside your footsteps from the path that I have laid before you. Do not choose the broad and smooth path that seems to go toward spiritual enlightenment but only ends in the destruction of men’s souls. Rather walk on the Ancient Path that I have laid before you, because I Am the Ancient of Days, says the Lord and before the light of day was “I Am.” I Am the Creator God who formed you out of the dust of the earth and breathed into you the soul of life. I Am your Redeemer God and I Am stretching forth My Hand of Grace toward this generation. Hear My Voice O’ you wayward people. Listen to the Words of My calling. I Am calling with such compassion, says the Lord and with tender mercies. I Am inclining My ear towards the earth. There is such destruction, says the Lord that has come upon many areas because nature itself is in upheaval as a result of men rejecting Me. I have taken My Hand of protection away from certain areas because men have expressed that they do not need Me, nor do they desire for Me to come into their midst. Therefore, says the Lord, it is quite clear what it means when the scripture says that only a fool would say in his heart that there is no God. It is foolish because when you say that in your heart, you are asking Me not to interfere or intervene in such adverse situations on your behalf. Do not say, says the Lord that I Am not a merciful God because of the destruction that you see. In each of the instances of disasters I rescued people and children who had no help or any hope and I have been merciful by directing My Church to get involved in helping those who were affected. The people in this nation, says the Lord, must turn back and get on the Ancient Path with the sure destination that leads men and women towards Me or else they will likewise experience devastation that is unimaginable because they will have rejected Me.

Sharing the Faith . . .
There was a barber that thought that he should share his faith with his customers more than he had been doing lately. So the next morning when the sun came up and the barber got up out of bed he said, "Today I am going to witness to the first man that walks through my door."
Soon after he opened his shop the first man came in and said, "I want a shave!" The barber said, "Sure, just sit in the seat and I'll be with you in a moment." The barber went in the back and prayed a quick desperate prayer saying, "God, the first customer came in and I'm going to witness to him. So please give me the wisdom to know just the right thing to say to him. Amen."
Then quickly the barber came out with his razor knife in one hand and a Bible in the other while saying, "Good morning sir. I have a question for you..........Are you ready to die?"
