If you use Google+ and you’re looking to track metrics or just curious to see some detailed G+ stats, check out allmyplus.com. Here’s a screenshot of my overview screen:

One thing to note is that Google only makes data about public posts available via its API, so anything you post to specific people and/or circles but not public will not be factored into the data you see on AllMyPlus.
