This week we’re going to start experimenting with a new blogging strategy.
Lately we’ve been posting 3-5 original posts a week. Additionally, we’ve been retweeting a few links a day to posts and articles about ministry and technology issues published elsewhere.
We’ve noticed some other bloggers (most notably Todd Rhoades at Monday Morning Insight and Guy Kawasaki at AllTop) that rather than retweet links to other posts, write a post with a paragraph or two about the article, a link to the original article, and a conversation-starting question or two.
So, we’re going to give that format a shot this week. We’re still going to post 3-5 original articles this week, but we’re also going to throw in another 2-3 short posts a day to initiate conversations about other thought provoking posts and articles we read.
Any thoughts on this experiment?

Great idea … I'm liable to only comment as much as I do now and as late as I do now 🙂
This is something I've wanted to do to try and get the churn going with my blog but just find I can't get into the swing of it so here's wishing you all the best in your experiment.
Thanks Stuart!
how to get donations to my web site
so i can help the people there
Great question, Gary. I think it's a topic worth writing a full post about. But it starts by havng a working web address. The one you posted with your comment – sasgensan.com – is not working.
