You want to know words in a language?
What R U making?
Showing interest in friends, means that you will sometime ask:
What are you making? Isaiah 45:9Que fais-tu là? - French Was machst du da? - German Che cosa fai? - Italian O que é você está fazendo? - Portuguese Mo sala gnè? - Sango Each person can answer this in various ways. A proud person can indicate what is visible and show the work: I do all these things. Isaiah 45:7 (The proud person's name could be used) I, _______, do all these things.Jeg skaber det. - Danish Soy el que hace todo esto. - Spanish Eu, farei tudo isso. - Portuguese Mbi yèké _____ so assala yé so kouè.You could encourage your friend for a win-win-win-win-win situation! Your friend's opionion and yours are important. Maybe the items are made to give the maker useful, paid work. Are they useful for many people in other places?
In a lot of cultures, if you admire something, you may perhaps receive it or something like it as a sample or gift.
Perhaps then you can show gratitude and say who benefited from the kindness: You have shown great kindness (to ____). 1 Kings 3:6 (Some translations are quite old fashioned and not useful in today's world.) Tu as traité (____)avec une grande bienveillance. - French Du hast (____) sehr viel Gutes getan. - German Tu hai trattato (___) con grande benevolenza. - Italian Tú has tenido gran misericordia (con___). - Spanish
Opinions matter. Reality matters. What do you (each of you) think about ______? Matthew 22:42 French - Que pensez-vous du ______? German - Was denkt/haltet ihr von de__ ______? Italian - Che ne pensate de__ _______? Norwegian - Hva mener dere om _______? Spanish - ¿Qué piensan ustedes de__ ______?
Fashion and cultural items matter.
All of you have clothed yourselves with ____. Galatians 3:27 Vous tous, vous avez revêtu ____. - French Ihr alle, ihr habt ______ angezogen. - German Voi tutti, vi siete rivestiti di _____. - Italian Todos se han revestido de _____. - Spanish (no "you" in the wording)
Do not steal intellectual and other property. From another context, this idea can be a general statement or it can be in direct speech form, said or written as a command to anyone who listens or reads.
Do not do like them. Do not do as they do. - 2 Kings 17:15 "They" are the owners in this case. (It's) forbidden to imitate them. - English (C'est) défendu d'imiter > défence d'imiter- French Gebot--(man) soll nicht wie sie tun. - German (C'è) proibito di imitare. - Italian prohibido _____?___ - Spanish
The answers may be important.
Certainly these "kind-da" words are used many times to "fit in" and to establish trade for import and export contacts. *************************************************************** © 2000-current year GGK, member of Blessed Trinity Parish Church, Toronto, ON, Canada; @directq@ourchurch.com Thanks be to THE Blessed Trinity.
