Overlooked by far too many this is a great little fondue restaurant the Melting Pot
Far and away Tampa Bays Numero Uno Berns. Warning not for the faint of pocket book. Super Special note to Limousine drivers when at Berns go around to the back door go inside
look for another door to the kitchen and order a steak the cook will cook your steak to order for three or four dollars plus all the trimmings. That is right you can get a berns steak for a few bucks, get a couple to take home if you like. click
As a 16 year veteran of the limousine wars I have taken many folk to restaurants here in the Tampa Bay area but these restaurants were the ones that the limo custoumers
kept coming back to. So I have to think they must be the best. By the way my personal fav: Leverocks click
We used to go to the Kingfish (a personal fav of my dad) on John's Pass a lot, great food there, but it's gone now, Don't know what ever happened to Sid & Sue the owners, I guess that is the way of things. Another personal fav of my mother and dad's is Tellys in seminole Mall, to find the rating of other restaurants in the Tampa Bay area go to yahoo.local.com best to become a member, I am.
Note to restaurant goers I never recommend a restaurant
named after a celebrity. These restaurants generally speaking pay the celebrity copious amounts of money for the use of their name which then has to be recovered in the pricing of the food, but the celebrity has nothing to do with the management of the restaurant, does not even live where the restaurant is located, and could not care
less about customer service, much less customer complaints. A limousine customer of mine had just such an
experience, at one of these type restaurants, he told me the service was inferior, the food was sub par, the lighting was atrocious to the point they could not even read the menu, the price was over inflated. His entire experience at this particular restaurant was far less than he expected. Most people go to these places because they heard good things about it from someone else. Why would folk say such things about an inferior restaurant experience? I suppose a couple of factors are at play here first the person that told them the celebrity named restaurant was so great is because they probably dropped a big coin at this place and do not want to be perceived as a chump who got taken to the cleaners. Second they may feel better about themselves, knowing that somebody else got taken, by going there. My bottom line recommendation is to avoid these restaurants like the plague. What's the worst that could happen? Your wallet will weigh more because of it?

through this scenic park, now I ride my electric bike through it. I have done some weddings at the point in the limo. Check out the sundial. click

Pinellas Trail. This trail is a great walking, running,
bicycle, trail, do it myself quite often. Picnic tables and seating are provided. Businesses along the trail also provide food and drink, but I suggest you bring your own.

St Armands Circle Sarasota. A little South of St. Petersburg but great shopping.
I don't normally recommend hotels but this one is so outstanding I can not keep it off this page, besides there is far more to it than, just a hotel room If you love golf, or tennis this resort is a must do on your

Ringling Museum Sarasota. I am not easy to please but I
really enjoyed this museum. Pipe organs was my fav.
Gamble Plantation, again a little South of St. Petersburg
but if your interested in antebellum architecture you may
wish to take in this slightly out of the way historic site.
Now back to Pinellas, Pinellas Heritage Village that is,
took a lot of folk here over the years a real popular
site this one. This one is also one of my personal favs.
Maybe you love flea markets a real big one is right on Park Blv. in Pinellas Park Fl. My Sister goes there 35 weekends a year. Actually there is two flea markets there the Mustang and the Wagon Wheel
Dig in the dirt for gem stones at Rockhound heaven at the Wagon Wheel Flea Market. Can't come to Florida to dig in the dirt? Have a bag of dirt delivered to your house and go treasure hunting right in your own home click
An entire weekend in April of rockin the blues at Vinoy Park. This one is really big with a capital B.
Tampa PhilFest every April is a big hit for those into
Asian culture dance and art, personally I loved their food.
Clearwater Marine Aquarium once home of world famous dolphin Sunset Sam and many other injured/rehabbed dolphins
their current celebrity dolphin is Winter, Winter has a prosthetic tail and swims quite nicely. Winter has a video of her life story watch it here
