Mountain Piecemakers Quilt Guild was founded in 1997 to promote and preserve the art and history of quilts.

Our meetings are held in the small town of Burnsville which is nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of Western North Carolina.

Our website is designed to provide you with an overview of our Guild.

We encourage you to be our guest at one or more of our events. Our membership numbers around 40 women and is growing each year.

Whether you come to learn, observe, or to join in on the fun, all ages and skill levels are welcome.

Purpose of guild: To foster quilt making in all it's forms. To teach quilt making and to further skills of quilters.

Members meet the fourth Tuesday of the month at the Town Center from
9am - 5pm. Bring whatever you are working on or start something new! Take your sewing machine, cutting mat, ruler, and you'll be surprised how much you can accomplish when you're away from home! Whether we go out for lunch or you bring a sandwich, we all have a great time getting together and always learn something new!
