We are a prophetic ministry located in the St. Charles Illinois area. Our mandate has been to sound the shofar of the Lord in regards to the times we are living in and our Lords soon and eminent return. The Lord has left us the Comforter (God the Holy Spirit) whose primary job is to prepare the church and take full residence in her thereby causing her to stand unto the Lords coming. This is our primary function; to help believers across denominational lines stand until the last day and this, "Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit says the Lord." We who worship by the Spirit should live in a worshipfull attitude as we grow up in love with our Lord. Music is an integral part of our ministry and the coming singing prophets. This ministry the Holy Spirit is releasing here on earth is multifaceted with music being one of the ways in which original spontaenous worship as well as well thought out songs will bring glory to the King, usher in His Presence and set the nations ablaze with a passionate fiery love that burns for the King! The name of our ministry is based upon how the Holy Spirit came upon the early church as recorded in the book of Acts.
We believe that all the gifts and the fruit of the Holy Spirit were given unto us in Christ. We also believe that they are operable by faith in Christ and given for us to grow up into these wonderful gifts as we engage the very Presence of God; God the Holy Spirit. All these gifts purchased for us in a very real sense are part of our inheritance in Christ and they will be operable to their greatest degree in the church when Christ returns for His people.
Acts 2:1-4
When the day of Pentecost came, they were in one accord. Suddenly the blowing of a mighty rushing wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They beheld tongues of fire that rested upon each of them. As they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke in different tongues as the Spirit gave utterance.
There is much to be said about the very real manifestations of the Holy Spirit including speaking in an angelic language as scripture states. We also believe that tongues is not an exclusive gift given unto men, but rather (and in light of the scriptures) an inclusive gift given to certain parts of the body of Christ to work together with those who may have other gifts. Scripture itself teaches that not all will speak in tongues, but the Spirit selects those as whom He wills. Now some may ask, "how do we know if I'm selected?" Well we don't know for sure until it is made evident by the utterance as it flows from ones lips and this as the expression of Gods Spirit through our spirit. Ours is to pray for all men everywhere trust Him and permit God to be God. There are ways to distinguish if you've received this gift already, but this would be another teaching to practically equip Gods people. These gifts are not toys or spiritual tokens of pride to be paraded before others. These are serious promises and weapons we are to use in pulling down strongholds and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and thereby bring every thought captive to the obedienc of Christ (the Anointed One).
2 Peter 1:4
Whereby are given unto us great and exceeding precious promises: that by these we might be partakers of the Divine Nature (Holy Spirit), having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
2 Corinthians 10:4-6
The weapons of our warfare are not carnal (earthly, common or of this world) but mighty through God (Holy Spirit), to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing down every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. Being ready to punish all disobedience when our obedience is complete.
1 Corinthians 14:2
For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.
In accordance to scripture speaking in an angelic language is just one of the many manifestations given to us by God as we experience His Presence and Power.
1 Corinthians 13:1
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not charity, I am become as sounding brass or a tinkling cymbal.
1 Corinthians 14:18
I thank my God that I speak with tongues more than ye all.
1 Corinthians 12:4-11
Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.
And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God who worketh all in all.
But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit thereby:
For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;
to another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
to another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues.
But all of these that one and the selfsame Spirit worketh, apportioning to every man individually as He will.
1 Corinthians 12:28
And God hath set some in the church: first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracle workers, then those with gifts of healing, helpers, administrators, and those with diversity of tongues.
Mark 16:17
And these signs shall follow them that believe: In My name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
Acts 19:6
And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came upon them, and they spoke with tongues and prophesied.
