Our Pastor Rev. Sidney Laxton grew up in the Southeast Missouri area. He has lived in the Park land for over 39 years.
He began preaching the Gospel in 1965.
He was licensed in October of 1968 by the Old Liberty General Baptist Presbytery.
He was ordained to preach the Gospel by the Old Liberty General Baptist Presbytery in October of 1970.
He Pastored his first Church in 1968 in Southeast Missouri. He pastored several churches in the Southeast Missouri area in the following years.
