I also have seen the manifestation of angel feathers during dedication week at Bishop Richard Young's Chosen Vessel Cathedral here in Fort Worth this past July. I told Bishop Young about this, but its really not too remarkable compared to the manifestation at the dedication of King Solomon's Temple where the priest's were not able to remain standing. Remember God's own words: "I changeth not."
