CALLED, CHOSEN, ORDAINED AND COMMISSIONED
YOU TO BRING FORTH FRUIT
Many are called, but only few are chosen. I know that you have read this in my word. I have called many that have refused to answer my summons. I am a King and when they were summons to enter the court, they did not enter in properly and therefore were not chosen. Only those that had on the proper attire were allowed to enter into my courts. I have garments that must be worn.
All must put on the garment of righteousness. This means that they are the ones who are in right standing with my Father. They must be the ones who believe that I am the Son of God and gave up my life for them that they might have life. They are the ones who know that I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. They walk in resurrection power. They have received forgiveness of sins. They have humbled themselves.
They have chosen to live holy, for I am holy. I have told you, to follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord. They have ordered their conversations upright. They love their neighbor and their enemies. Above all, they love the Lord their God with all of their hearts and minds and souls and they know that I am their source.
They have been obedient to the call and therefore have been chosen. There were many who were to busy with their own agendas to come to me wholeheartedly. They have refused to pick up their crosses to follow me. They were those who were looking for glory and recognition from men. They are the self-serving ones. Therefore, they were not chosen.
My chosen ones are my disciples who have elected to learn of me. They are the ones who have laid down their personal agendas to spend time in my presence to get to know what is on my heart. Their hearts are beginning to beat as mine does. They are the ones who are paying attention to the warning signs and realize that I am coming soon to get my own. But, before I come, they are busy winning souls for the harvest. They are preparing the way for my soon eminent return. For truly I am coming soon.
Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you. Your destiny was decided before you were ever born. I know the way that you take. I know that at times this way seems to be hard and unbearable, but do not worry because I have already been there ahead of you. You see, I know the beginning and I know of the ending. I have a plan for your life. I have chosen you out of the world to bear fruit. I have chosen you to make a difference. Others will be drawn to what I have placed in you. I am in you and they are drawn to me. I will direct your path. You will bring forth fruit and your fruit will remain.
I have ordained that it be so. I have taught you. I have equipped you. You are ready now to go out into the highway and the byways. The harvest is not in a church building. Many are ready to receive me as their Savior and Lord just as you have. Many need to know that I love them also. Many are hurting and in despair. You have the answer within you. I am that answer.
You are ready to share my love. You are ready to lead others to me. You can walk in my footsteps.
You have been commissioned to go where I am sending you; to preach the gospel to every creature. Signs and wonders shall follow you. I shall do great and mighty miracles through each of my children, my called and chosen ones who have chosen this day to serve me and my purposes. Just as I did when I was on the earth, so will you do because I will be with you confirming the word. You read in the Book of Acts concerning me, ‘How God anointed Me (Jesus) with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with Me,’ so will I be with you.
Now rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;
Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,
To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
I have called, chosen, ordained and commissioned you to go and bring forth fruit.
NO MORE EXCUSES!
The call has gone out. Many have all types of excuses as to why they can not answer the call. It is nothing new. The Lord is preparing a great supper and has sent out invitations by his servants. He says ‘come, for all things are now ready.’ He did not say I am getting it ready; he says all things are NOW ready.
How many are going to be as the parable that Jesus told in Luke 14:15-24? Some of those excuses were so lame.
“I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it.” That piece of ground was not going anywhere. What was so urgent about that?
“I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them:”
“I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come.”
These were some of the excuses that were given. There are all types of excuses that people offer when they do not want to do something. That is especially true when they do not have their priorities right. This is the King of kings and Lord of lords who is sending out this invitation. His Spirit will not always chide with man. He will look somewhere else to others who will hear His call.
The word tells us -that servant came, and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind. The servant was obedient and went out and still there was room left for more to attend.
You see, the road to destruction is a wide road and well traveled. It has more appeal. It seems to be filled with fun and excitement. There are all type of sin taking place in the name of fun. That is what thrills the world. All that glitters is not gold.
And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. We are to compel or persuade them as much as possible concerning the urgency of the times to come in now. For now is the time for salvation. This is the accepted time to come in before Jesus comes and not after he has come. Then it will be too late.
This is very important what the Lord is saying here. ‘For I say unto you, that none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper’. They are the ones who rejected the call. They rejected Jesus. They thought what they were doing was much more important and made light of the invitation just as they did in the days of Noah. They would not be allowed into the supper after the fact. They were replaced with others who did answer the call. They were the chosen few. They chosed the road less traveled which led to life. Many are called, yet few are chosen.
Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the Kingdom of God. They will be thoroughly taught and ordained to go and bring forth fruit for the kingdom. This supper is a spiritual feast that will equip you for your destiny. That servant is the minister whom God has appointed to serve the feast.
Will you answer the call and have no more excuses?
