Terrell Hills does not permit its residents to hold more than two garage sales per year and does not allow you to put up signs. So we've had our two sales but still haven't sold all the stuff, probably because we couldn't put up signs. So now we're just having a private sale to whoever runs on to this website. See what we have to offer, and then give us a call to make an appointment to come by our house.

If you see an item on this web site that you are interrested in, call us at 210/824-9319 any day between 8am and 5pm and we can arrange a time for you to stop by, see, and purchase the item. Do NOT come by the house unless you have first called and made an appointment.
We can also arrange shipping for smaller items. Shipping and insurance, if requested, are at cost plus $1 for handling. Forms of payment accepted: PayPal, cash, check, money order. If you'd like to pay using PayPal, please call us first and we will direct you where to go on-line to access our PayPal account.
