How To Become A Christian:
The most important decision that ANYONE will ever make in their lives is the decision to receive Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. The Bible (God’s Holy Word) shows the One and ONLY way to received God’s free gift of salvation:

1. A--ADMIT: The FIRST step is that you must admit that you are a sinner in God’s eyes. The Bible tells us in Romans 3:10 –“There is none righteous, no not one,” and Romans 3:23 says: --“for ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

These verses tell us that all human beings are sinners before God, and because of sin we are separated from God’s presence. God cannot and will not condone, accept, justify, or excuse our sin. Romans 6:23 warns us that –“For the wages of sin is death, but the GIFT of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” It must be dealt with because God is pure and holy and perfect. We can never be “good enough” to get to heaven on our own—we MUST follow God’s plan! 1st John 1:9 tells us that –“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive our sins, and to cleanse us from ALL unrighteousness.” So, we must confess our sins to God, and REPENT (turn away) from our sins! Jesus warned us in Luke 13:3 -“unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.”

2. B--BELIEVE: John 3:16 tells us –“For God so loved the world, He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but but have everlasting life.”

God sent his son Jesus into the world to die on the cross to pay the price for our sins.

Romans 5:8 tells us –“But God showed His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” God loves us, and it is His desire that no one die in their sins.

2nd Peter 3:9 says –“The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.”

For us to come to Christ, we have to BELIEVE in Him--that he came into the world in the form of a man, that he lived a sinless life, that he suffered and died on the cross to pay the price for our sins, and that He was raised from the dead on the third day as the Bible says, and that His death was sufficient to pay the price for our sins and offer God’s forgiveness.

3. C--CONFESS: We must publicly confess Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.

Romans 10:9 says –“that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Just as Jesus died publicly for us, we must confess him publicly before the world. God’s salvation is available for everyone who will receive it.

Romans 10:13 says –“for whosoever will call on the Name of the Lord will be saved!”

BUT...Salvation is a GIFT! A gift is no good if you don’t accept it! Jesus promised through His Word: “Whoever comes to me I will not turn away” (John 6:37)

In John 14:6, JESUS said, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; No One comes to the Father but by me."

Jesus gave His life--to give YOU a choice! Why not receive Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior right now?

(Sinner’s Prayer)
“Lord, I know that I am a sinner and I confess my sins before you now. I ask you to forgive my sins, come into my heart, and be my Lord and Savior. Thank you for giving your life for me, and help me to live by Your Word each day. In Jesus Name, Amen.”

God's Word says in 2nd Corinthians 5:17 --"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away, new things have come."

WELCOME TO THE FAMILY OF GOD!
You now need to do three important things:
1. Publically profess your faith in Jesus Christ.
2. Be baptized as a testimony before the world that you
have trusted Christ and have decided to follow him.
3. Join a church that teaches, and preaches the Bible as
it stands-without compromise, and serve the Lord
through that church however God leads you. Read and
study the Bible everyday, and hide its words in your
heart...that you might not sin against God.

May God Bless You And Keep You In All That You Do!
