A Prophetic word for Sri lanka
September 18th 2005.
I see the shoreline, the sea is coming in, and the sea is going out, over and over again. I notice that each time the sea comes in it leaves different things deposited along the shoreline, but as the sea goes out it also takes out other items that have been on the shore for a little while.
I see the sea as the brooding of the Holy Spirit, bringing in change, removing obstacles in the way of Gods plans and purposes for Sri lanka. Flotsome and jetsome have come in on the crest of the wave, much is about to be taken back out to sea, it doesn’t belong on this shoreline.
What I believe the lord is saying is this.
The building projects are up and running you are all working so hard , homes and money have become a top priority, you have moved the lord to second base. I believe that Haggai chapters 1 and 2 will enable you to see the subtleness of the enemy who is trying to steal your focus, look again re-dress the balance here.
People have become so focused upon the building of homes that the building of the kingdom has taken second place.
Those in ministry will need to look and re-asses again wherein their priorities lie, Jesus must be the focus of the re building, the foundation that every home is built upon, the centre of everything that is done. You will see a great harvest from your labour if you put the kingdom first. When Christ is absolute centre everything else comes together in its rightful place. Homes and food are important of course they are, but what is eternal affects it all.
The fields are white unto harvest Sri Lanka, reposition the garment of good works that has overshadowed the ministering of the Spirit, good works are to be worn under the garments of humility just as the lord moved so must you, He always demonstrated Kingdom purposes first and followed them up with the signs the wonders and the works.
Re align, take the word of Haggai and see how to reposition your thinking.
Key words, redress the balance, realign with the word of God. Re build on the foundation of Christ.
