The YEAR 2006
A word of the Lord for Australia Pacific
Australia was proclaimed the “Southern land of the Holy Spirit” by Pedro Ferdinand de Quiros on the Day of Pentecost, 14th May, 1606. In the year 2006, Australia will complete four hundred years after this proclamation. Like unto the four hundred years of incubation that Abraham and his descendants had before they rose out of Egypt and became a nation (Gen 15:13-14), the church in Australia will arise into their fullness four hundred years after this proclamation. There will be also a going forth with great possessions as Australia takes its place in between the shift of the centre of gravity of world influence from USA to Europe. The Holy Spirit will work in marvellous ways and the word of God will prevail mightily. Working together with the church in Asia, the church in Australia will move forth in sending forth fivefold ministries throughout the world in a great and final wave of revival before the end time finale in the work of God in Europe and Israel.

THE PROCLAMATION BY PEDRO FERDINAND DE QUIROS
Day of Pentecost, 14th May, 1606
Let the heavens, the earth, the waters with all their creatures, and those present, witness that I, Captain Pedro Ferdinand de Quiros...in the name of Jesus Christ... hoist this emblem of the holy cross on which His person was crucified and whereon He gave His life for the ransom and remedy of all the human race...on this day of Pentecost, 14th May....I take possession of all this part of the south as far as the pole in the name of Jesus...which from now on shall be called the southern land of the Holy Ghost...and this always and forever...and to the end that to all natives, in all the said lands, the holy and sacred evangel may be preached zealously and openly.
[Comment: He wasn't anywhere near the coast of Australia at the time - he was in Vanuatu. What he claimed to have discovered was the "great south land" that was thought to provide a balance in the southern hemisphere to the land masses of Europe, Asia and North America in the northern hemisphere. So if on the basis of this claim, it is appropriate to refer to the land we now know as Australia as "the great south land of the Holy Spirit" then this name could just as validly be applied to New Zealand]

Three More Volcanoes Will Erupt in the Ring of Fire Area. PLEASE PRAY.

Hopefully I'm not getting too confident on the "Ring of Fire" prophecies here. Ultimately it doesn't matter whether I'm right or wrong, what's more important is that I release what I feel the Lord is showing me so that people can be saved, but I felt like the Lord showed me that three more volcanoes will erupt in the in the Indo-Australian area of the Ring of Fire. I don't have any revelation as to why this is happening, i.e. is it judgement or is it the enemy, but I feel t hat I need to send out a warning and a call to pray for the rescue operations to be prepared and for the people to be visited by the Lord and warn them of the dangers. It's also important for Christians to be praying with authority to limit the damage. I've seen a couple of times personally and a number of times corparately how prayer, when prayed in faith with authority by believers, can change the forces of nature. I want to encourage you to pray in this way,
a) That the Lord would visit believers in the area supernaturally and that He would release authority to PRAY WITH FAITH to limit the damage, or obviously to stop it all together.
b) That rescue forces would be supernaturally guided to the right areas and that all of the resources needed would be released.
c) That people in the area would be supernaturally guided in order to escape any devastation.
