God's Healing Miracle
|
In 1998 it had peaked, and I found myself temporarily in a wheelchair. This disease was devestating to me, but at that time it started affecting my family. My children would have to see their mom in an awful condition and they would do their very best to take care of me. My husband just felt so helpless and always worried, as did my parents and siblings.
At that time I was going to a neurologist every other week....it seemed as though he were giving the same tests and asking the same questions every time. By then I had already been told by about 4 physicians that I had the disease.
In the beginning it seemed as though heat combined with certain physical activities brought it on, but by the time 1998 rolled around, it seemed as though nothing in particular brought it on. I was suppose to go to yet ANOTHER specialist in Charleston, SC, but I had gotten to the point that I was just completely frustrated with doctors and gave up.
In 2000( I was 32), when I had gotten my "life" together and was a practicing Christian, things changed....I had had an episode one night...afterwards, my husband and I went to his parents' house. His mom, who was(and is) a Christian, was led by the Lord to lay hands on me and pray. At that very moment, I felt such a peace.....I have never had a reoccurence since that amazing night. Thank God for his blessings, love, forgiveness, and MIRACULOUS healings!!!!! Remember, God likes to work, when NOTHING ELSE will!!! Trust and believe in Him.
