ISAIAH 47:1-15 - JUDGEMENT UPON BABYLON:
"Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate.
Take the millstones, and grind meal: uncover thy locks, make bare the leg, uncover the thigh, pass over the rivers.
Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and I will not meet thee as a man.
As for our Redeemer, the LORD of Hosts is His Name, the Holy One of Israel.
Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans; for thou shalt no more be called, The lady of kingdoms.
I was wroth with My people, I have polluted Mine inheritance, and given them into thine hand: thou didst shew them no mercy; upon the ancient hast thou very heavily laid thy yoke.

But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same Word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the Day of Judgement and perdition of ungodly men.
But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to Repentance. (1)

Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness.
Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the Day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of Him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
And account that the long suffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other Scriptures, unto their own destruction.
Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.
But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and for ever. Amen. (1)
EZEKIEL 33:10-11 - TURN FROM EVIL:
Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus ye speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live?
Say unto them, As I live, saith the LORD GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked trun from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel? (1)
MATTHEW 3:2-3 - REPENT:
...Repent ye: for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.
For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Isaiah, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of The Lord, make His paths straight. (1)

THE END OF THE MATTER:
The HOLY SCRIPTURES assure us that all people and nations shall be held accountable for their deeds by THE LORD IN HEAVEN. America's Founding Fathers clearly recognized and acknowledged such PRINCIPLES. (2,3,8,14,46,47) GOD ALMIGHTY HIMSELF warns us that DIVINE JUDGEMENT shall fall upon all people and nations that refuse to turn from evil. Can anyone deny that our people and Nation today have become like unto that ancient, wicked Babylon? (36,37)Seeing we know what befell Babylon, how is it we close our eyes in these dark days in both our own hearts and in our Nation? The SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST calls us to repentance, peace and new life in HIM. Knowing the examples set before us, the things that are certain to come and our own wicked state before THE THRONE OF JEHOVAH, how is it so many choose their own temporal and eternal destruction? Should we not turn from our sinful ways and seek THE TRUTH while there is yet time? Now is the hour for all who will hear THE CALL to turn and be vigilant! (38)
