Five years ago tomorrow, Betty Gresham Hill, was buried in Hialeah July 12, 2009 and my brother, Mickey Hill just left me in the cemetery and drove back to Inverness, Fl with wife number ten, in Mom's car that was willed to me. AS I sat there by the graves of Mom, Dad and my infant son, in tears, greiving, praying, in shock and frightened because I had no where to go no way to get there and no other family left ... or so I thought. As it got darker and cemetery gates were closing, I called the help line. Three names were offered, when I heard his name, my choice was made. God provided a new relative for me, just in time. Avis took me in or I would not be alive today. I thank you to this day for your kindness. So sorry to hear about Sherry, I sent my cousin, Mary to be by her side. I hope her prayers, laying of hands and medical attention helped to ease her pain even just a little bit. Sherry was one of a kind and I know she is greatly missed by everyone. My brother adandoned me the day Mom was buried in Miami and you rescued me from the cemetery where I was left all alone except for the Lord. Fortunately, the crisis line gave me your number at almost midnight. I was equally sad about the days events and frightened. You took me in, gave me spiritual and physical nourishment and a place to sleep for several weeks. When you answered the phone, Your last name shocked me. Hill is my maiden name and our families are from the same areas. During our talks and prayers, we discovered that we must be distant cousins. So Cous, God works in mysterious ways and I will always be proud to consider you a member of my family. I love you and Sheri and pray that your ministry will continue to fluorish. I became homeless after a car accident in 2001. Because of back problems I was not able to find work. In 2003 when I was able to get back to work because of lack of money and the high rents, I was still not able to find a place to live. Funny thing was I was going to church at the time and they all blamed me for my situation. I finally stopped going to church and started doing things my way. Now I am back living in Wellington in a new condo. It is only because of God's grace that I am now once again living an independent life. I still have not returned to church.I've started my own business and work for a company that installs blinds. HULLO Life in developing world is totally different from that in developed world mostly in addressing afflicting points in one of the nations community. The 10 years experience in caring for the orphans in a developing world, I have gone through a lot of tests /struggles without a funding person except the only 30 acres of land that has been the main and only funding source sustaining these kids who are beyond 150 in number. We use to plant maize, cassava, rice, sweet potato, yams, beans and groundnuts. We sell part and survive on the balance as the sold part is for books, simple clothing and beddings for the kids,(that's the life of Ugandan child). Many disasters have befallen on us while the government has done very little to address them to the maximum which among others include, wars, floods, and the total poverty on the increasing number of community orphan child caused by different disasters. Orphans in the villages of the developing world can make everyone to shed tears including the administration that's why in Africa many fathers do a lot evil accts to the people they take care of (i.e. sacrificing e.t.c) GEnerally it needs to develop everything GOD blessed us with like land,garden and others to make us tsand for the future and be helpfull to the whole world and ensure that the big and free land which developing world have in plenty, fully provides both funds and foods for survival. And as my topic is, the developing world orphans are internationally forgotten with no one caring and for the few who cares they want to put us together at the same level with this who is in developed world. The center reached to 210 children/ orphaned people who have joined this year and we have to maneuver to ensure that they're not kicked out to street life. Due to the problems and difficulty in caring for the orphan child that includes a lot emphasis in many areas OF LIVING. For us we think the only investment in our OWN firm which may yield a lot in both food for survival and funds for other necessities but still. We are looking for solution / advise to enable us achieve our laid strategies of caring for orphans since the situation at the center needs attention and as Uganda position in development needs total effort to sustain such centers. Whereas Christian are deprived of high positions in the offices, therefore they are forced to do all the menial jobs like clerks, sweepers, whitewashes, and other low paid job like bricks making and captured by rich people to do whatever they want. Christian can’t get high ranks in army, Navy, Air force and Police and private sector is being run by under their authority, which also rejects the Christians to get a suitable job. It’s in the constitution of Pakistan that high position shall only be held by Muslims and of on other religion, creed or cast. Therefore Christians find it hard to meet their expenses. The entire family has to toil hard to earn their daily bread and butter even some people sleep without eating because of poverty stricken. Six Teachers teach the Children on a very small salary package because of having lack of recources. 2.Sunday School Center We have started Two Sunday school center in our area under this orgnization in which the Children are feeded by teachers with word of God where they are learnt how to praise the God., worship and read the (Holly Bible ) More then (200 ) Children attend Sunday school class after every week. 3.Sewing Knitting Center For Women Sewing Knitting ecnter for women is been run by this orgnization to make the poor women skillful to earn the livelihood for fulfilling their needs and feeding their Children. Every year ( 35 ) Girls and women take advantage of this skill of sewing and kintting to help their husbands to meet with their needs of family. Let me bring you word that women of our area live in pitiable circumstances even they don’t have nothing to eat up twice a day and most of them are died at delivery time due to lack of knowledge and medicine. They don’t have proper skills to earn something to educate and feed their children. Therefore, it is needed very much to successfully implement this project to save many families, for women and children should be enabled to gain education to be prospered in future. They can also come to Jesus for having eternal life because they may become known to the Bible if they are educated. 4.Preaching the Gospel I and My small Evangelical Tem preach the Gospel in our Faisalabad District that’s the third biggest cities of pakistan.
