Growing roots in the place that you live.
![]() * You should not need to worry. God never plants, a seed, with out having the soil ready. He doesn’t plant it in just any pot or in any soil that HE knows it will not grow. Just as a gardener knows the amount of light, soil, water, and how much fertilizer to use; our heavenly Father, knows what we need and do not need so that we can grow. An example of this can be found in the book of Genesis. One can see how God, clearly knew what the earth and the heavens needed while he created it. He measured and calculated everything so that it would co-exist and correlate with one another. For example you can not have fish flying in the air or birds swimming in the sea nor could you have man living like in tunnels and gophers walking in the land, typing away in their busy life. * As we keep on looking in the book of Genesis in chapter 6 thru chapter 10. We see that God was about to pull his plant out and prepare it for a bigger pot, as He was taking it out He saw weeds that needed not be there. He tells Noah to prepare: Gen 7:1-5 “And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation. Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that [are] not clean by two, the male and his female. Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth. For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth. And Noah did according unto all that the LORD commanded him.” During those 40 days and nights of rain, God began to prepare the soil once again. When Noah comes out of the ark, you do not read nor do you hear where he had to slave on the ground to get trees to grow, nor for the grass to be placed on the face of the earth. God had the soil prepared ready for the plants to GROW and PROSPER so that it would bear many good fruits. * Through the ages and some grand misconception, people feel that they can prepare everything and have it ready for the soil. With time, those plants begin to die and choke due the weeds that are with it. You may be asking what is meant by that, if you look on in Genesis you will see it, when it comes to Lot. It was clear and evident to Lot, when he looked towards Sodom and Gomorrah, thinking that he would prosper there and grow root, and ended up seeing that the soil was no good; eventually little by little, his plant began to wither. Even then we see the following : Gen 12:1-3 “Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will show thee: And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” Here again we see how God started to prepare His plants for a better pot, better soil, and better fertilizer, where rain and light would be in abundance. You did not see him take the plants with the roots and just throw it in a pot that it would not grow. He tells you how you are going to get there and prosper. He does not lie to you nor leave you in the blind. Gen 13:14-18 “And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever. And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, [then] shall thy seed also be numbered. Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto thee. Then Abram removed [his] tent, and came and dwelt in the plain of Mamre, which [is] in Hebron, and built there an altar unto the LORD.” * These are just a few example of how God takes care of his plants. There are many more examples found throughout the Bible. Even in Israel’s (Jacob) day, when he left Canaan, to go to Egypt due to a famine that was through out the land. God had the soil ready, so that his plants could grow and not wither (Joseph was already there). It is even proven in the Bible in the book of Exodus. While the children of Israel began to suffer in Egypt, GOD was preparing the soil in Canaan. In Numbers 13:23-27 “And they came unto the brook of Eshcol, and cut down from thence a branch with one cluster of grapes, and they bare it between two upon a staff; and [they brought] of the pomegranates, and of the figs. The place was called the brook Eshcol, because of the cluster of grapes, which the children of Israel cut down from thence. And they returned from searching of the land after forty days. And they went and came to Moses, and to Aaron, and to all the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the wilderness of Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word unto them, and unto all the congregation, and shewed them the fruit of the land. And they told him, and said, we came unto the land whither thou sentest us, and surely it floweth with milk and honey; and this [is] the fruit of it.” As you see God did not prepare the pot so that the roots would die and not prosper; but He prepared it so that it would prosper and in abundance. * So the next time you think that you have not found your place to grow roots. Just remember that God is getting the soil ready. It is in that place, your soil, where you will surely overflow with milk and honey. Where weeds will not grow and try to choke you. A pot that is full of blessings and in abundance. Do not lose hope, nor let anything that man, out of the will of God, say to you make you like there is no hope to found. REJOICE!!!!ONCE AGAIN I SAY REJOICE!!!! FOR GOD IS IN CONTROL AND KNOWS OF YOUR NEEDS! ![]() |
