Who we are, What we Believe ![]() Who Are We? Ambassadors For Christ Church is a body of Christian (born again) believers who love God and are committed to being an instrument of the Holy Spirit in these end times; recognizing God’s purpose for mankind. …As we preach, teach and apply the principles of the inspired Word of God, which includes the Old and New Testaments of the Bible, we will be able to reach the lost, restore the lives of many, and edify the body of Christ by promoting balanced wholesome Christian living. (Mathew 28:19 and Mark 16:15) – (Luke 4:18-19 and John 8:32) – (Ephesians 4:11, 16 and I Corinthians Ch. 12, 14:12) – (Acts 4:31-32 and I John 4:8, 12-19). We recognize God’s purpose for mankind to be: A. To reveal himself through Jesus Christ and desires to save all that are lost (Mathew 18:11, Luke 19:10 and John 3:17). B. To build a body of believers in the image of His Son Jesus Christ (Romans 8:29, I Corinthians 3:18). What We Believe · Both Old and New Testaments of the Bible are inspired of God and is an authoritative rule of faith and conduct for man. · God has revealed himself as the Eternal “I AM”, the creator of heaven and earth, and the Redeemer of mankind. · The Lord Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. · Man was created good, however, man voluntarily transgressed which brought spiritual and physical death, separating him from God. · A person’s only hope of redemption is through the shed Blood of Jesus Christ. · Salvation can be received through repentance toward God and faith toward the Lord Jesus by the washing of regeneration and justification. By grace through faith, a person becomes an heir of God according to the hope of eternal life. · The inward evidence of salvation is the direct witness of the Spirit. Outward evidence to all mankind is a life of righteousness. · All believers are entitled to be filled with the Holy Spirit according to the promise of our Lord Jesus Christ. With it comes a deepened reverence for God, an intensified consecration to God and dedication to His work, for His Word, and for the lost. · Sanctification is an act of separation from that which is evil, and dedication to God. · The Church is the Body of Christ, the habitation of God through the spirit. Each believer, born of the Spirit, is an integral part of the church. · The resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and their translation together with those who are alive and remain, the second coming of Christ. ![]() |
