NEEDS
Dear Friend, here below are some of the current urgent needs of the children.Please partner with us as the Lord will lead you.
1.LAND:
We are in lack of land to accommodate these children. Currently there is congestion in the building where they sleep and we are pleading to all friends in Christ to feel a heart of mercy upon these poor children and send us financial assistance to buy a new land to construct a standard orphanage center where the orphaned children will feel their peace
2. FOOD:
At first we were able to raise enough for the 40 children who were the first at the orphanage center however, as the number increased for care we have found difficulty feeding the large number of children.This has also caused us to sometimes cut the number of meals to just a single meal a day.This is affecting the growth of the children and also making them vulnerable to many diseases.We need to give these children at least two balanced meals a day to give them strength,increase on their immunity and hence sustain them.
3. Beds, blankets, basins, mattresses, soap also is our problem at the HIS SAVING GRACE ORPHANAGE project-Uganda. Since they are used every day, they get over and the money to but some times misses hence depression unto these kids. I am requesting every reader of our Web page to feel a HEAR MY CRY voice from the orphans in Uganda and adopt 1 or 2 children and the Lord will increase you.
4. DISEASES:
Due to little funds that is still used from my local church, we have not yet been able to put up an orphanage clinic where children can be
treated. However, sicknesses have constantly attacked the orphanage and the children are healed narrowly. I also call for a life consideration of these Aids orphaned children and send sponsorship to put up an orphanage clinic of treatments and counseling to teen orphans. The most common diseases include malaria, dysentery, typhoid due to the lack of clean water source, skin diseases,
5. CLOTHES AND OTHER UTILITIES:
Clothes at the orphanage is also our problem. These orphans need to dress but i and the church can only raise the little for second hand clothing's for these poor children, and I kind regard I beg to your kind thoughts to think about this orphanage and send clothes to these poor suffering children.
6. SCHOOL:
We have a vision of setting up a Primary(Elementary) school.We have opened up a new education program where we partner with schools.Some of our children are studying in surrounding local schools. We are in need of building a standard school for the orphans.
7.TRANSPORT MEANS:
Due to the much work we have,there is an urgent need for a means of Transport.This will be very instrumental in transporting the children who come from far in the villages to the orphanage center,help in tranporting food and other items and members of staff.A used Mini-bus Van will be good for this cause.
8.OFFICE EQUIPMENT AND CAPACITY BUILDING.
We are looking at establishing an office to co-ordinate all our activities.We need office equipment including: 1 computer,1 printer,1 scanner,I photocopier,2 cameras etc.
9.KIDS CHRISTIAN EDUCATION.
The children need christian reading materials,games and other playings kits,toys and so on.
10. COMPUTER CENTER.
As new technology comes in,we desire the same knowledge for these children in the new world technology.We need 10 computers for a start,so that we can start training these little ones as this will greatly help them acquire skills they will use in future to earn a living.
