Can We Talk About "OUR" sin, "OUR" Father. We know You who have made us understand that we are dust, and right now not long for this world, but You are Holy, Holy, Holy and "OUR" sin confronts us as though it is still part of us. Regurgitated thoughts puke up the remains of sins long forgiven and forgotten. Who is it trying to remind us of "our failure to forgive "OUR" self? Certainly it is not You because You said that "OUR" sins are far removed as the East is from the West, buried in the deepest sea and hid behind Your back to be remembered no more. Your Kingdom rule is in "OUR" heart to show us Your will which is perfect, but even now uncontrolled passions haunt us at "OUR" weakest moment in the twinkling of an eye with not just a passing thought but an act of unkindness, not "BE"ing like Christ, we fall into "OUR" own faults. Give us today what we need to overcome this evil with the good You have given us. Thank You for forgiving and cleansing us from all un-right-in-us. That comfort makes us feel like we still have You in control of "OUR" lives. We see others also caught up in their own transgressions against us; You and I and "OUR" brothers and sisters in the world today. May we be as forgiving as You are with us. Lead us to escape so great a temptation to sin against You and one another. Deliver us from evil in this present world. "For my thoughts are not your thoughts. neither are your ways my ways," declares the Lord. Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgements, and his paths beyond tracing out! "Who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has been his counselor?" "Who has ever given to God, that God should repay him?" For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory forever! AMEN!
