Testimonies
I’ll share an experience I had on 22nd November 2001. For over ten years I have been taking Bible studies in the City during the lunch break. I go by train from Chester Hill and change the train at Town Hall station.
As usual while I was waiting for the next train, I noticed on the opposite side of the platform a lady sitting in a bad position. I could not see her properly but her very low neckline and the short skirt and the way she was sitting seemed to upset me. So, looking in her direction and softly, I commanded those foul spirits to come out of the lady in the Name of Jesus Christ. No one even standing near me could have heard me and yet the foul spirits in her heard me and she began to demonstrate from there. She began making signs to me to zip up and go. I was excited and so I said softly again to the spirits, “I’m not zipping up nor am I going anywhere but you must come out of the lady.” Then she stands up and flaying her hands about towards me she started abusing from there but I could not hear what she was saying but many around us were watching and listening. She made signs that she was coming to me, and I said softly to the spirits, “come, I’m waiting, for you cannot do anything.” She turned out to be a short lady and she comes striding around the block with her hands swinging as though she were coming to fight. She came right close to me and said aloud, “I don’t like you, go away from here. I’m only 49 years old and you are jealous of me” Then I spoke, “I’m not going anywhere but you must come out of her in the Name of Jesus” She went off saying she will get the security.
In the meantime, one lady who was watching all that was going on from a bench nearby came and stood near me and wanted to know how to pray like I was as she was scared. I told her she first needed to repent and accept Jesus as her Lord and Saviour and she too could be protected by the Blood of Jesus Christ and she too could use His Name. She said, “tell me how” and I led her to the Lord with a sinner’s prayer and I gave her Christian literature. Then the other lady returns with the Station Master and when he had a look at me, he said to her “lady, what is your problem?” Pointing to me she says, “I don’t like her. Tell her to go from here.” He said, “If you do not like her, you go to the other end of the platform.” Just then my train came and I got in, for the Station Master did not say anything to me. The lady who was scared got in the train with me and sat next to me and all that I shared with her she was writing down. God bless her!
This was a beautiful experience in a public place to reveal the power in the Name of Jesus Christ. I do not know why the Lord allowed such an encounter but I know He surely had a reason. Those foul spirits must obey the command given in the powerful Name of Jesus Christ for He is the Lord! All glory to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!
