How am I to survive I asked I have no home, no clothing, and no food Where do I go - there is nowhere Life is so very crude
He said I am Yahweh-Jireh Source, sufficiency and provider I can supply all your needs Come to Me - don't be an outsider
My health is failing me Illnesses flood within I'm weak with no energy My body now is so thin
He said, I am Yahweh-Rophe Health, healing, physician Have faith in me - I will heal No need for you to be in that condition
I've lost life's battle There's no fight left in me My enemies have won There is no escape that I can see
My Name is Yahweh-Nissi He roared I'm the flag, banner and victory I overcome any and everything Just trust in Me
There is no light at the end of the tunnel All I see is darkness, My sins have encompassed me My life is in such distress
He said I am Yahweh Maccaddeschcem I am Light, Holiness and Sanctifier Come to Me My child Just reach out - I am here
Oh, how the pain has racked me I have cried rivers of tears My soul is sorely vexed I have so many fears
He asked "Do you not know that I am Yahweh Shalom?" I am peace, comfort and security You need not to suffer Just come - turn to Me
I don't know where to go Or where I should turn I don't know what to do Life is hard - such a burden
He said I am Yahweh Raah Your guide, shepherd and protector Just give your life to Me Let Me be your director
My sin has covered me And overtaken my very life Death has already swallowed me Like a poisoned knife
He said My Name is Yahweh Tsidkenu I am life, redemption and all righteousness Turn to Me, have faith in Me For your life I will bless
I am alone in this path of mine All has turned against me There is no friend in sight Not even any family
I am Yahweh Shammah I am omnipresent, faithful, and your friend I am your Father who will always love you My faithfulness has no end.

YHWH A reflection on the Hebrew name for God.
Written to the tune of "Be Thou My Vision."
I, the only wellspring of identity, Attest that all life is naught without me. In every soul that looks upon all I have made, My name is written, and it shall never fade.
AM I to be scorned by the souls I have made? Are my words not to be heard and obeyed? All I have asked of mankind, though painful it be, Is to bring joy to life, which as yet, man can't see.
WHO but I knows how my worlds shall be saved? Your strength is not enough, though you be brave. I topple kings and empires and scatter their goals, But still, my greatest joy is to heal broken souls.
I fear not your armies, your powers, your thrones; Vengeance and pow'r are Mine and Mine alone. I am a jealous Father, a Master, a Friend; I long to soothe your wounds, would your heart only bend.
AM I such a dark one that you'd fear My name? I called you to me, but so few souls came. Fear not to call upon me, for your pain is mine. Listen and seek My voice; I bring respite divine.
