<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are experiencing some server issues this morning. &nbsp;I think they may be related to the upgrade of the help desk/knowledge base which was done last night. &nbsp;It looks like all Starter accounts as well as Gold, Silver and Bronze accounts on ns3 are being affected. We're working as hard and quickly as we can to resolve the issues. &nbsp;Because we're aware of the issue, it's not necessary to send us additional emails/help desk tickets.</p>
<p>We'll continue to post updates here in the help desk.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are currently experiencing a technical problem making all sites created using our NE1 web builder and hosted in a Gold, Silver, or Bronze hosting account unavailable. Free and Starter accounts, custom designed Joomla sites and any website you may have developed on your own are not affected. &nbsp;We are working as quickly as we can to determine the problem and resolve it. &nbsp;We will post additional updates here when we have more news. &nbsp;Thanks for your prayers and patience.</p>
<p>EDIT (2:24 PM EDT):&nbsp;All sites are back up for the time being. &nbsp;We found a way to get all sites working while we continue to work on the underlying problem. &nbsp;There could be some additional downtime when we implement and test a solution, but we will try to keep it to a bare minimum.</p>
<p>EDIT (4:11 PM EDT): The problem has been resolved. &nbsp;All sites are functioning normally again. &nbsp;Just to clarify, sites were up for all but a few minutes since 1 PM and even for much of the time between 11 AM and 1. &nbsp;We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.</p>

<ol>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">A new <a href="index.php?/Knowledgebase/List">knowledge base</a> to make finding answers much easier and faster.<br /></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">A new help desk which has the knowledge base embedded. &nbsp;When you begin to type a  message to send to our support team, the help desk automatically  suggests relevant help pages that may answer your question instantly.</span></li>
</ol>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">Additionally, the new help desk and knowledge base are integrated into the redesigned <a href="../../myocc/" target="_blank">MyOCC dashboard</a>, which you can access by clicking the &ldquo;MyOCC&rdquo; link at the top of every page on OurChurch.Com.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">Help desk tickets will be handled in the same way, but with new  software to insure quick and efficient replies. See the Quick Tips video  for an overview of the changes.</span></p>
