If you are experiencing a life-controlling issue and have a sincere desire to change you life, Transitions may be the program for you. Transitions accepts women from across west Tennessee.
You must go through the application process. This consists of:
1) a written application (which may be downloaded below);
2) a personal interview.
After you have completed the written application, mail or hand deliver it to 250 Youth Home Road, Dyersburg, TN 38024. Your application will be reviewed carefully and prayed over. If you do not hear from Transitions in a reasonable amount of time, you may call 287-0461 to learn the status of your application. If your written application is accepted, you will be contacted for the personal interview. If a
ccepted after the interview, a move-in date will be assigned.
