Transitions of Dyer County is a non-profit organization for women who are experiencing life-controlling problems; such as, addictions, substance abuse, anger, depression, and eating disorders. We provide residential programs designed to address the whole person: spiritual, physical and emotional. Our approach to the underlying issues changes more than behavior; our program changes hearts and stops destructive cycles.
Our program includes life-skills training and educational opportunities that help ensure the success of our graduates. Our goal is to have each woman not only complete the program but also discover the purpose for her life and bring value to her community as a productive citizen.

Transitions of Dyer County is a transforming ministry of Jesus Christ that exists to see women in crisis become changed through His unconditional love, grace, and mercy. We nurture and disciple women who desire a new beginning through the life-changing power of Jesus Christ.
Transitions provides a structured living environment, leading women to transition into a responsible life.
Our main clientele are women struggling with substance abuse addictions. We help women and families make a fresh start in life and break the cycle of addiction for future generations.
