The Honorable Steven Mcdougan has been appointed as the Bishop of the countries of UK and Ireland.
Pastor Mcdougan pastored for 17 years in Wexford, Ireland and is retiring from Victory Fellowship as Senior Pastor as of October 1, 2009 to assume this new role. His wife Efa and four children will relocate to our offices in London.
