Crossing Over From Death ... To Life! (John 5:24)

My Friend ...

You may or may not know that I gave My life for you (John 3:16; Romans 5:6-8) My love for you is so great that I was willing to give up the glory I had with My Father (John 17:5) And to lay down My life for you (John 10:17-18; John 15:13) I came so that you may have life and have it to the full (John 10:10) The kind of life that will last forever (1 John 2:25; 1 John 5:11-13) In My Father’s house are many rooms...I will come back and take you to be with Me so that you also may be where I am (John 14:2-3)

I am the way and the truth and the life. No-one comes to the Father except through Me (John 14:6) Salvation is found in no-one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which you must be saved (Acts 4:12) I am Jesus of Nazareth (Acts 22:8) All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me (Matthew 28:18; John 5:27) I have been given a name that is above every name, and at My name every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth, and every tongue confess that I am Lord (Isaiah 45:23; Philippians 2:9-11) I am the Christ, the Son of the living God (Matthew 16:16) I came from the Father (John 1:14) But the world did not recognise Me (John 1:10)

If you accept Me for who I am, and believe in My name, you have the right to become a child of God (John 1:12-13) If you choose to obey Me, then you are My friend, and I will make known to you what I have learned from My Father (John 15:14-15) My command is to love each other as I have loved you. (John 15:12) To help you obey this command My Father will send the Holy Spirit, the Counsellor, a Friend who will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said (John 14:26) He will guide you into all truth (John 16:13) He is similar to Me and will be with you forever (John 14:16) My Father and I will also make our home with you (John 14:23)

Put your trust in Me and you will never be disappointed (John 14:1; Romans 10:11; Proverbs 3:5) Because I care for you (1 Peter 5:7) Bring your burdens to Me and I will sustain you and give you rest (Psalm 55:22; Matthew 11:28) I will meet all your needs (Philippians 4:19) Delight in Me and I will even give you the desires of your heart (Psalm 37:4)

I am the Good Shepherd who lays down His life for the sheep (John 10:11,14-15) My sheep hear My voice and will listen to Me (John 10:3-4,16) I came from God, I have not come on My own, but He sent Me (John 8:42) He said that I am the Son whom He loves and instructs everyone to listen to Me (Luke 9:35; Matthew 3:17) Because I have the words of eternal life (John 6:68) Even Moses said...Listen to Me (Deuteronomy 18:15,19; Acts 3:22-23) Those who listen to Me have been rescued from the dominion of darkness and brought into My kingdom (Colossians 1:13; Galatians 1;4)

If I set you free, you will be free indeed (John 8:36) I gave My life to purchase freedom for everyone (1 Timothy 2:6) As I am the Holy One of God (John 6:69) For there is no other God but Me... Let all the world look to Me for salvation (Isaiah 46:9; Isaiah 45:21-22) I want everyone to be saved and to understand the truth. For there is only one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and people (1 Timothy 2:3-5)

I am your helper, I will never leave nor forsake you, there is no need to be afraid (Hebrews 13:5-6) Fix your eyes and your thoughts on Me, because I am the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2; 3:1) Without which it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6) My Father will grant you the gift of faith and repentance (Ephesians 2:8; Romans 2:4; Acts 11:18) He is not willing that anyone should perish, but all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9; Acts 17:30)


If you confess that I am Lord and believe in your heart that I was raised from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9,13) Salvation is found in no-one else (Acts 4:12) I am coming to bring salvation to those who are waiting for Me (Hebrews 9:28) Therefore, there is now no condemnation for them...They have crossed over from death to life (Romans 8:1; John 5:24) The good work My Father began in them will be completed (Philippians 1:6) For He is always at His work (John 5:17)

Seek first My kingdom and My righteousness and do not worry about tomorrow (Matthew 6:33-34) Set your heart and mind on things above where I am seated at the right hand of God.(Colossians 3:1-2) For this world in its present form is passing away (1 John 2:17; 1 Corinthians 7:31) I am making everything new (Revelation 21:4-5) When I intervene in human affairs, it will be with speed and finality (Romans 9:28; 1 Timothy 6:14-15)

No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who are My friends (1 Corinthians 2:9) And in all things We work for their good (Romans 8:28) Nothing is too difficult for Me (Jeremiah 32:17) If you believe, then all things are possible with God (Mark 9:23; 10:27) For I know the plans I have for you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11)

All of My words are true (Psalm 119:160) They are living and active (Acts 7:38; Hebrews 4:12) The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life (John 6:63) My word will not return to Me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it (Isaiah 55:11; 46:10) And all of My promises will be fulfilled (2Corinthians 1:20; 2 Peter 1:4)


I am the true God and eternal life (1 John 5:20) In Me you have everything you need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3) Including victory over your enemies (1 Corinthians 15:57) Those who are My friends have been given every spiritual blessing (Ephesians 1:3) And seated with Me in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 2:6) As co-heirs of the world to come (Romans 8:17; James 2:5) Nothing can separate you from My love (Romans 8:35-39) If you serve Me, you must follow Me, so that where I am, you also will be, My Father will honour the one who serves Me (John 12:26) I no longer call you a servant...instead I have called you a friend (John 15:15) My question is... Will you be My friend? (John 15:14) My Father and I, the Spirit and the holy angels are waiting to rejoice over you (Luke 15:10)
