Uncle Bob and Doctor Jean Young
Maraaba! Welcome! We are Bob and Jean Young, serving the Northern Region of Ghana, West Africa through medical missions and evangelism. Jean is a surgeon and Bob is a welder/maintenance mechanic/EMT. Jean is the Medical Superintendent for Saboba Medical Centre, a 60 bed mission hospital. Bob volunteers in maintenance at the hospital and is involved in several different local evangelistic efforts.In addition, we also sponsor students at varying levels of education. Our aim is to build up the body of Christ and to assist small ministries unknown to others. Our watchword is "service." Our life verse is Matthew 20:28 "For the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve and to give His life a ransom for many."
