► It is St. Mark Parish policy to cancel all activities whenever Fitzgerald School District is closed for excessive snow or inclement weather. Please tune in to local radio or TV stations to hear school closing announcements.

►Our most recent payoff from “Empties for Cash” was $7.65. Keep returning your empty ink cartridges. Please remember we cannot return Epson cartridges.

► Catholic Services of Macomb offers a monthly support group for care givers on the fourth Wednesday of every month from 1 to 3 PM at A Friend's House Adult Day Services at 26238 Ryan (on the grounds of St. Cletus Church). On-site respite services are available for a small fee. Pre-registration is required. For additional information or to register, call A Friend's House at 759-8700.

► The Macomb County Community Services Agency (MCCSA), Senior Nutrition Program (Meals-on-Wheels) is seeking volunteer and substitute drivers to deliver meals to frail, homebound seniors in our community. Volunteers are asked to drive a lunch route, approximately 1½ hour, twice a month. Drivers use their personal automobile. Mileage reimbursed. The meals are delivered 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, different days available. call Macomb County Community Services Agency Senior, Nutrition Program at (586) 469-5228.

Mighty fine work going on in the Sacristy every other Wednesday. Many hands at work in between group sessions - in home - too. Ladies bring in their part and the group adds to, or finishes. Amazing! Each quilt is prettier than the next!

Deacon Paul has started a new bible study Friday mornings with a variety of topics and coffee and donuts.
There is Bible Study.  The Pope has designated for the 2009 year we study St.Paul.  Dust off those bibles and join in...Call Center.Donna Pheney conducts Bible Study once a month in the evening, all are invited.
