Whether you are looking for a new church or just visitng  our website today... Let us say we are glad you stopped in. We welcome all who wish to enter our house.
We are a Roman Catholic Parish, part of the Arch Diocese of Detroit, MI.  We are located in Warren, between 9 mile and 10 mile east off of Ryan on the side street at 4401 Bart. 

Our church building has recently been right-sized to fit our now smaller-sized parish.  Our worship area is round and the altar is very visible from all angles. Our parish was established in 1942 and we are in our third building on our grounds. We are in a rebirth and creation of many new groups and you are invited to stop at our
church office or Gathering Space and pick up a brochure describing all of them.

Our  Pastor is Robert A. Ruedisueli who has been with us over 12 years, and celebrated his 40th anniversary to the priesthood, June 2009. 
Deacon George Posavetz just entered senior status after many years of service, and we have a new addition to our church, Sept of '09  Permanent Deacon - Paul Lippard.
 We have  Liturgy on Sat 4:00 pm,    Sunday 8:30 am and 11:00 am.
Our newly resized worship space seats up to 500 people, with expanded seating in the Gathering space for 250 seats and tables for social gatherings. 
Our new chapel is one of our focal points. The peaceful round design is open for you to sit and pray and rest awhile.

Our outreach is probably the strongest of our services to our community which is ministered by Denise Amenta...and many many volunteers each day.
We have a clothes closet, a huge food pantry and we also are connected to many support groups, such as St.Vincent De Paul and Focus Hope, for those in need of support and need help. 
There are 50 ministries here at St.Mark Parish, ranging from marriage to quilting to potluck. Many are new and many have been around for awhile and well attended.You are invited to join any that the Holy Spirit leads you to.

We have a Youth ministry, Catechism for the kids, RCIA for adults, with two Bible studies in there too.   Our music minister, Tom Rzonca, directs our  two choirs and worship music.   Seniors have a group on Thursday mornings that plays cards, travels and has social events around town.

We are fully handicap enabled with ramps, rest rooms, insets in pews
for wheel chairs and an automatic entrance door for church entry.
There are wheelchairs available as you enter church, and our hospitality
folks are there to assist with any of your needs.
