~ ~ St. Mark Parish Vision Statement ~ ~ The St. Mark Parish family works together to lead all people to the Kingdom of God. Our St. Mark Catholic community is a welcoming place where people come together to worship, serve and socialize with a message of hope and salvation. We minister to the diverse cultures and ages that make up our parish family and the wider community. We foster an open and vibrant community of faith, inspired by Jesus and rooted in the gospel. The ministry of our parish family includes all aspects of life – body, mind and spirit –and embraces everyone. Our outreach program to the poor and needy is a nurturing one that addresses the whole person: to live out the call for the preferential option for the poor. We envision the youth of today as leaders of tomorrow and we commit to their spiritual and social development. Faith Formation is a responsibility of all parish members and is demonstrated by the way we worship and model the message of Jesus. We respect and listen to all voices. We rejoice in welcoming new members and returning members.
~ ~ All are welcome! ~ ~
