MEMORIAL PAGE
Terry Allan Hollar
On February 28th. 2004 our son was killed, we know the void left that even God can't fill when a loved one is lost. But we trust Him to comfort us and give us strength to carry on.
in Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 (niv) Solomon said this; There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain, a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.
Solomon's point in this section is that God has a plan for all people. Thus He provides cycles of life, each with it's work for us to do. Although we may face many problems that seem to contradict God's plan, these should not be barriers to believing in Him, but rather opportunities to discover that without God, life's problem's have no lasting solutions! Timing is important. All the experiences listed in these verses are appropriate at certain times. The secret to peace with God is to discover , accept, and appreciate God's perfect timing. The danger is to doubt or resent God's timing. This can lead to despair, rebellion, or moving ahead without His advice.
THIS PAGE IS IN MEMORY OF;
Loved ones who are missed by family and friends.
Bikers who left us much too early.
Those who gave their life on some foreign soil for this Nation and our freedom.
And of course, the one who REALLY paid it all for us so that we could have Eternal Life, Jesus Christ. Have you accepted Him as your Lord and Savior??????
Salvation: A plan so simple a child can understand it. For we are all children in God’s eyes.
1st. Confess to God that you are a sinner deserving of judgment. (Romans 3:23 & 6:23) 2nd. Believe in your heart that Christ died for your sins and that He rose again. (Romans 10:9,10)
3rd. Now pray this prayer: Dear God, I am a sinner and need Your salvation. I believe Christ died for me and rose again. I now call upon Jesus name and ask You to save me. Thank You, Amen.
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father, except through me”. (John 14:6)
NOW, email us, call if you have one of our member's number or call someone you know is a Christian. Then, find a good Holy Bible based church, it don't matter how big or how small, biker church, or whatever you feel most comfortable going to.
We talked about everything. Almost. This morning I learned that a friend of mine passed away yesterday. Right now I don't even know how it happened. But I do know that a friend is gone from my life forever. That we will never talk again. My friend and I had a lot of conversations over the past 5 years. We talked about motorcycles, and websites, and special events, and people we knew and people we didn't. We talked about the weather, and bikers, and leather jackets and cool new gear. We talked about politics and terrorism and Presidents and poets. We talked about business and boneheads. We talked about bikers who have crashed and motorists who caused crashes. We talked a lot - my friend was good at that. But as I sit here this morning and think back on all the things my friend and I talked about I realize that we never talked about anything important we never talked about God! written by ~Larry Gore on the death of Richard Sanders 3-6-03 We (S&B) sent a message to Larry to make sure he would not mind his letter being here for all of you who stopped by to read it... he sent this reply : God laid that on my heart to share with others. Feel free to use it and freely allow others to use it. If it just stops one person from making the same mistake that I did . . . ~Larry
REMEMBER, Pray a lot. It don't matter who you are, what you've done, where you've been or where you are right now, God hears all prayers. Matthew 10:30 tells us that God knows the number of hairs on our head.
