The Ohio Leadership Summit is designed to empower parents, leaders, and pastors whose heart is to see children walk in the supernatural power of God. Our desire is to bring fresh perspective to the Malachi 4:6 mandate and the reality of night and day prayer, as it pertains to children's worship, releasing children in the ministry of the Holy Spirit, leading and mobilizing staff, and empowering a generation. We invite you to come and be refreshed, equipped, and empowered as we allow the Lord to move and speak during these times of training.

Lenny LaGuardia
For almost three decades, Lenny and Tracy LaGuardia have devoted their lives to equipping, empowering, and mobilizing young people, parents, and leaders with kingdom of God truths and relevant strategies for ministry to children today. Lenny and Tracy serve on the leadership team at the International House of Prayer Missions Base in Kansas City, where, under the leadership of Mike Bickle, they direct and oversee all local, national, and international ministries relating to children ages 1–12. They have been married over 25 years and have five children.
