Our Vision Statement

The Vision of Women of the Church of God is to extend the gospel of Jesus Christ, promote spiritual and personal growth, build friendship and interdependence, enlarge vision, encourage the stewardship of all life, embrace the beliefs of the Church of God, and support the united ministries of the Church of God through gifts of finance and leadership.

We are reaching the hearts of women.

The Richmond First WCG for 2008 has supported many mission projects abroad. These projects include a shelter child through “Children of Promise” at $35.00 a month and the “Pasadas School” in Argentina at a single gift of $230.00.We have also given monetary support with a “Christ Birthday offering” of $300.00 that is used to support COG missionaries around the world. We have also raised funds for missions through church supported luncheons.

WCG members would like to thank Pastor Pete Canciglia and this congregation for support given through finances and prayers. All women of this congregation are invited to come to meetings and enjoy fellowship and Bible Study with women that serve Christ through serving women, equipping them for ministry.
