Following Christ Down The Path Of Life

We have often heard about the road less traveled, there is a book that has been written about that road. I am not recommending that book, or that road.
My desire is to teach you about Gods paths. I want to talk to you about the paths, God has chosen for us to walk in. The entrance or gate called strait,  and as often referred to, and the narrow path. There are few who desire to walk this road. Yet those who do will tell you they are gracious, and beautiful paths.

Although at times they may seem to be, restrictive paths by our need, for obedience to His calling. We have been blessed to have one of, the most gracious, caring, loving, and comforting travel companion the Holy Spirit. He stops at each point of interest to teach, and tells us where we are in him.
I would like to call him Gods heavenly tour guide. God will continually bless you as you travel in His paths, heading towards your eternal home.

One of the ways God has taught me to teach, Is in comparative teaching of parables, using everyday situations and, experiences that happen to us all.
I am honored He chose to teach through me, as Jesus our Lord taught.
Where He uses things we are familiar with. Such as I can think about travel.
I love to travel and the few of his wonders, I was graciously allowed to see. I was wowed beyond words at his creation. The Holy Spirit will use this in teaching through me. We are his disciples and we have, learned much from his ways.

When I see a rose, a rainbow, a precious baby, a beautiful starlit sky a grain of sand, the desert the mountains the homeless the lost and lonely.
God will often interject that into my teaching.

Jesus never was as people expected Him to be. For instance he walked everywhere he went. He taught by the sea, other times in a boat, in the market place in the homes of his friends. Wherever the people gathered he taught there. He taught in the temple but it was not long, before he was ousted from there.

I am not sure exactly how you would classify my teachings? Yet I know it is the Lord who speaks, and shows me, how to present his word like a savory Piece of hot bread straight out of the oven.

I pray you are blessed as we travel on.   God never leads us in path of fear, evil, unrighteousness, unkindness, or unthankfulness. These are the paths of the world and, they are mighty lonesome paths. Yet on the way to calvary we may experience paths of agony, crucifixion of the flesh, self-sacrificing, and dying out to sin.

I would like to invite you to walk, with me down this road to calvary. After we pass calvary we will come, to places like Gods streams, of refreshing, of peace and restoration. Although there may be many trials that come to us, as we travel these roads. We may only see one step at a time be assured that God is holding tightly to your hand.
(Psalms 23:3)
(Here David in this sentence speaks about, the right hand of God.)  I love Gods leading, guiding, and instructive, right hand. It will hold you, up when the entire world, around you is shaking. Remember child of God always to hold tightly, to his right hand, and you will never be afraid. We will also walk roads of blessings, and refreshing, where we can stop and rest beside, sparkling streams, in lush green valleys.
Those calm peaceful days in the presences, of your beloved Shepherd.  Where your Lord ministers to you and brings healing, and refreshing to your soul. Where He speaks to you of His love for you, His concerns and plans for your life. He tells you about the joy you bring to Him. He takes out His holy oils, and anoints all your wounds. He speaks to you tenderly there, words of Peace words of healing. He prepares a banquet in the presences of your enemies, and sits down and dines with you. He fills your cup to over flowing.
You arise refreshed and renewed, with greater faith and strength.
You begin your journey on down the path of life, He has set before you.
Now you are aware of His presence there beside you.
Your heart takes wings, as you lean into his purpose and calling for you.

Are you enjoying your journey with the lord of your life?
The journey is more beautiful the further you go, so don't give up there are many beautiful stops along the way.
