*SHMI has combined Leadership, Training and Ministry together to help Pastors, Churches and Ministries launch out to maximizing potential!
*Our new Pastoral Leadership Institute is a program implemented as an arm of SHMI. This program is composed of training programs from a combinations of all our Consultants, affiliates, siminaries, courses, schools and christian colleges. We know it will be a blessing.
*All pastors and Ministers that are apart of Souls Harvest Ministries's that do or do not currently pastor a congregation are encouraged to complete this extensive training through through the Pastoral Leadership Institute.
*This is for future suitabily and candidacy for recommendations to pastorages and other christian occupations. If you want to advance PLI is for you.
