First - decide you want to be healthy Second - find an exercise that fits your schedule and lifestyle Third - use a nutritionist or doctor to create a diet that is fitted to you Fourth - set reasonable goals for yourself Fifth - Keep positive people as your friends Sixth - Exercise with someone or find a friend to check on you Exercise hint: Every twenty or thirty minutes get up, just stand up.
