   Healthy Lifestyle

You know that if you aren't feeling good, being creative is the last thing on your mind nor can you do it well.  What you need is a lifestyle change.

I'm going to give you a plan, but it is not different than any plan you find in diet books.   

First - decide you want to be healthy 

Second - find an exercise that fits your schedule and lifestyle 

Third - use a nutritionist or doctor to create a diet that is fitted to you 

Fourth - set reasonable goals for yourself  

Fifth - Keep positive people as your friends 

Sixth - Exercise with someone or find a friend to check on you 

Exercise hint: Every twenty or thirty minutes get up, just stand up.  Push away from the computer and stand up.
