Honorary Bishop Williams Allen Webb

Bishop William Allen Webb was born October 28, 1892 in Midland Louisiana. The early days were filled with struggles and obstacles but through it all, young Pastor Webb continued to go forward. During Bishop W. A. Webb's sixty six years of working the vineyard of the Lord, he established twenty eight churches. Fifteen of those established churches were seen through a vision and built from the foundation upward by Bishop Webb. Bishop Webb's ministry has reached countless souls nation wide to include, Arkansas, California, New Mexico, Arizona, Idaho, Washington, and Alaska. Many Souls were set free from the clutches of Satan through the preached word of the Gospel. Bishop Webb's Life was devoted to the ministry of Christ. His was a burden for souls.

Bishop Webb is best remembered for his staunch determination to lead a spirit filled church that is thoroughly furnished in the word of God that they may grow thereby. Bishop Webb was blessed with great wisdom and knowledge and tenacity. He had a Bibical answer for every man which was executed by the power of the Holy Ghost. Bishop Webb began his Alaskan Pastorship in 1970, on Rowan Street, Achorage, Alaska. Presiding over the "All Nation House Of Prayer", with approximately five members. In 1971 the membership moved to 1211 Karluk Street, and adopted the name "Antioch" Church Of God In Christ. When he saw no hope, he yet hoped; the Lord honoring that faith marvelously increased membership. Under his leadership many great Preachers, Missionaries and Evangelists have been sent to Evangelize the world for Christ. "Antioch" Has Growth over the years in numbers that exceed 100 Members from these humble beginnings.
