• Education: Since the UPE schools of the current government are looded with children,this is politically sounding but its mathematically computed in sums and terms percentage in the land of Uganda where children are 50.6%,Elders 4.31% and dependants &Non dependants are 43.09%,the future is Narrow for the 93.69 because the economy is liberal to boost politicians but market is narrow to make employers and employees to be ruled below poverty lineas the liberal enterprenuers take away true accupants of the true pan African Bussiness Men from the Market as they decide for the whole Nation the National Budget movements hencetying their hard currencies in shares in and offshore not letting it flow down stream the penniless poor community.However the Local tycoons try to buy shares at the U.S.E/Uganda Securities Exchange they cannot successfully benefit that much because Uganda Securities Exchange is Trading Manually and even Certificates are Stolen. • During the end of year ,the Action Government Cabinet and General Assembly was called by the executive council through a note of intent to propose and call for amendments.Now our main spot on the millennium development goals is to set up in the establishment of a powerful telecaster and telecenter fully embossed by the world and Africa Governments to serve the needs of schools,street children,vulnerable,rural enterprenuer,military,security,civil,and Piblic-Private Sector who need to acquire broad skills because education is beyond universal primary Education due to its composition of 43.09% Youth Dependants and Non Dependants /50.6% children in their age ranges &as well innovate Bussiness opportunities for raw materials and services to the business. • The NRM government refused intentionally develop the private local sector even funding the Community Based Organisation Called GAKICT/Go And Keep Investments Clean Todayin its Prosperity for all Bonnabagagawale I founded it when I was 14yrs old in 1998 with ahuge membership we realized its not aparty of the local people its for corporate or prestigious individuals who only are recognized in the NRMO enterprenuership league as enacted in its constitution where the tycoons who show up their income and also have a seat at the NRM Bussiness National Executive Committee and decide but not the community based organizations who have got very low Returns or slow business Returns to the partyat a rate of 13% hence if they can give to their own choice with those in 5% capital markets.To make it techinically avoid the beggars who are Election Voters they command them to get through MFI and other cheating institutions not having even ÂĽ certificate of Deposit in Bank of Uganda and in the end these scavengers snatch their money and Property then remain poor and poorer they can only tell their wives if they are real men how inflation is hitting them at a climax of 120% chasing for Zimbabweâ€TMs 240000000% while in the bed room at night planning for the NRM Presidential Kissanja/Term in Office but with nothing to eat and they deceive their children that one day the NRM will go but not changing the way of twisting the Ballot Paper at the polling station even if they twist they have no money to travel guarding or communicating the Poll results when you ask them why the trousers are torn they claim they had good ones in the Early 70s,this is incredible and unbelievable Uganda should be different because itâ€TMs the Pearl of the Universe. • The Abandoned community based organization of GAKICT was taken over by the FDC party spirit in order to cease the eradication policy and pave way for poverty Alleviation company with its Lawyer Wandera Ogalo MP at the East African Community ,it was forwaded by Dhikusoka Yosia and Lutalo Ronald,it has been founded on the Pillar of NRM voters and suppotters in the entire District but with frustrations from the Central Government,it changed the name to the National scale and itâ€TMs the same method we are carring out in the party 76 District offices of FDC out of 83 in Uganda.With the help of the Action Government together with FDC Party&Lutalo Delta Research,inc the National Community Project has board of Directors, Advisory Council,Legal Council and subcounty project committees. • The Project it has offices in the FDC offices in Kamuli and Jinja with a fund of 142Million shillings and an internal balance sheet of 87 million shillings, it buys produce from its members such Maize,Metal Scrap,Chicken,Milk,Fish,Coffee,timber,Bricks,Sand,etc all these are dealt in by the community organization.
