Welcome to LIGHT Homeschool Group!

LIGHT stands for Leaders in Godly Home Training.  We are a Christian homeschool support group based in southwest Miami, FL.  We provide a Christ-centered support group for home educators regardless of their race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion, or handicap.

Our group consists of a wonderful mix of homeschool families who are friendly and encouraging to one another as we fulfill our callings to educate our children.  We provide a variety of activities for our children, including weekly park days, birthday celebrations, field trips, science or geography fairs, teen events, tween events, moms’ nights out, Keepers of the Faith club for girls, guest speakers and other special events!  At the same time, we actively seek ways to create an atmosphere to disciple our children into the character of Christ.  If you’re looking for a group that will encourage you in your homeschooling journey, we’d love to meet you!

We are accepting Registrations for the 2011-2012 school year. Membership is $50 for the entire year. So get your Registration Form from the Homeschool Form tab and register today!!!  We can’t wait to meet you!
