Welcome back to school, students and parents! I would like to thank all the parents who introduced their student to me.  I look forward to meeting you in person at the Back to School night on Wednesday, September 8, 2010.

As a middle school scientist, you are entering the final chapters at Christ Lutheran.  This should be a special year filled with responsibilities and some fun adventures.

I believe that a young person learns when he or she is happy with themselves, their peers, their daily lives, and school.  Good communication is vital! Please share with me when needed of ask whenever you have any questions, concerns, or just want to share your life with me. 

My objectives for the year are that each of you:
1. Grows in your personal faith in Jesus and in sharing His love with others.
2. Learns to the best of your individual ability.
3. Models Christ-like behavior to teachers, classmates, and younger students who will be loking up to you.

I expect each student to:
1. Be prepared to explore and discover new ideas and theories
2. Complete all assignments on time and correctly
3. Work at being a positive, contributing member of our class

My personal goals for this year:
1. To strengthen my relationships with each child and his/her family
2. Be consistently organized as the class develops organizational skills. 

Working together with our Lord's help, this year should be exciting and filled with many blessings!
