The Truth about Jesus

It is important to know the truth about Jesus, why?

John 17: 3

3 This is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and him whom you sent, Jesus Christ.

The knowledge of God and Jesus Christ, will lead us to eternel life, where the planet earth will be transformed into a paradise.

Jesus was the best person to show us the better way to live and treat people.

John 13: 34-35

34 "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, just like I have loved you; that you also love one another. 35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another."

The promissed Messiah

Before Jesus was born, the bible has predicted the venue of Jesus or The Messiah, and that he will be born in Bethlehem.

John 1:41

He first found his own brother, Simon, and said to him, “We have found the Messiah!” (which is, being interpreted, Christ ).

Messiah comes from an hebrew word

Chirst comes from a greec word, both mean anointed (established by God in a particular position)

Where Jesus Came from?

The bible says that Jesus has lived in heaven for a long time, before living on earth.

Micah 5: 2 2 But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Being small among the clans of Judah, Out of you one will come forth to me that is to be ruler in Israel; Whose goings forth are from of old, from everlasting.

John 3:13 13 No one has ascended into heaven, but he who descended out of heaven, the Son of Man, who is in heaven.

Jesus is called the Word this means that he was talking in the name of God.

John 1:14 14 The Word became flesh, and lived among us. We saw his glory, such glory as of the one and only Son of the Father, full of grace and truth.

Nobody can be compared to God

John 14:28

28 You heard how I told you, ‘I go away, and I come to you.’ If you loved me, you would have rejoiced, because I said ‘I am going to my Father;’ for the Father is greater than I.

1corinthiens 11:3

3 But I would have you know that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is the man, and the head of Christ is God.

Jesus is the perfect portrait of God

John 14:9

9 Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you such a long time, and do you not know me, Philip? He who has seen me has seen the Father. How do you say, ‘Show us the Father?’

Jesus came into the earth to teach the word of God He was obedient to his father who sent him.

John 7:16 16 Jesus therefore answered them, "My teaching is not mine, but his who sent me."
